    @VodafoneIN I have never seen such a bad service. It's been 10 days, despite all these complaints, my simcard has not been activated yet.

    @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare your customer care executives need training. I moved to the US a week ago. I had recharged my VI number with a 295 IR pack before leaving India. Lo and behold, it doesn't work. And your CC guys are asking me to recharge with Rs. 995 or 6,995. WTH!

    @ViCustomerCare horrible customer service by you Tardeo, Mumbai Gallery. Asking a Senior Citizen who has been operated to visit the gallery for a duplicate SIM. No wonder customers are porting and you are on the verge on closing.

    @ViCustomerCare Why I deleted my complain,I do first racharger on August'10,Rs. 49 & 79, then Ur customer does not cooperate with me,then I 2nd recharge August'11 Rs79, but still now my outgoing &other facilities Rstill closed, on my phone no. 8017312840 Why would I be harmed for UR system? #try

    @dineshdhakal @ViCustomerCare This is a known issue with VoLTE affecting certain numbers / operators. If its urgent, turn off VoLTE / HD Calling temporarily & u shud b able to receive incoming calls. Its that simple. But BOT @ViCustomerCare & their useless Reps wil not help u. Let me know if it worked. Cheers

    @ViCustomerCare Inspite of repeated reminders and post more than 48 hours, my postpaid card has still not been activated into prepaid card. I think it's high time to port to other network

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Due to some issue we have given the request to port our VI number Ludhiana to Airtel Karnataka. We have got some 10 calls asked why? Appreciate your follow up. But it's irritating. Please ask ur team to stop. This is harrasment. Pl port the number ASAP.
