    @ViCustomerCare "Facing issues with Vi porting for 5 days. Provided Nodal Officer emails are invalid/not working. This is clear harassment. I need the functional email ID of the Nodal Officer (UP West) immediately to escalate my case. Consumer Helpline complaint already filed.

    @ViCustomerCare you scoundrels. You manipulated me to buy a post paid premium number - I did. You asked me to pay half the bill amount upfront - I did. Now 25 days later you have the audacity to disconnect my number because of verification issues. What the actual ****???

    @InspectorRahul_ @TelecomTalk @ViCustomerCare First step : Emailing them (the merchant) Second : Complaint to NCH (National Consumer Helpline) if merchant doesn’t resolve issue within 30 days. Third : Send a legal notice, and mention specifically a timeline and if they fail to do so within that timeline, they will be liable for all the legal expenditure occurred during the court proceedings. Fourth : File a case in district/state/national consumer court, depending upon the amount involved. Depending upon lawyer and the court, the case get resolved within 3-4 years or less…

    My number was deactivated for a routine @ViCustomerCare 'Re-KYC'. DoT MNRL lists numbers for: Fraud, Inactivity, or Failed re-verification. Mine was a simple KYC issue. Yet @KotakBankLtd arbitrarily froze my account, denying the RBI-mandated Re-KYC option.
