@ViCustomerCare Your network services is getting worse and worse. My number calls invalid all the time if anyone calls, net data switches off in every 15mins for 10-15 seconds. There's no response from you team. Everytime if called only automatic machine answers the call.

@ViCustomerCare Had a pretty bad experience at the VI store. Wanted to block the stolen sim and get a new issue but the executives talked rudely and even though the store was open having 2 support reps, they didn't have the authority to do it. No wonder people are switching 😑

@rmstakkar ,@ViCustomerCare , @AdityaBirlaGrp Dear Sir/Madam My service request number is 4-125335298557 . From last 4 months I was eligible for refund . And now I am not eligible for it and VI is not giving reason for it. I was send you copies of bill in which I am eligible.
