    @VodafoneIN I have never seen such a bad service. It's been 10 days, despite all these complaints, my simcard has not been activated yet.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 Even after repeatedly complaining, you are still deducting balance for stupid things that I haven’t even subscribed for… If this continues I’ll have to stop using Vodafone and switch to some other provider..

    @ViCustomerCare Hey! I thought of choosing new sim in your network. But, Unit at my location is charging extra 100₹ for Sim. In your website it’s saying free. Can you pls confirm regarding sim cost?

    @ViCustomerCare suddenly raining offers on me after I sent a PORT request. I had to initiate porting because Vi-(doesn't)-care closed my complaints without actually fixing the network issue. Miraculously, the network was a lot stronger when their retention exec called.

    @ViCustomerCare i had raised a complaint 2 wks before till today there were no one taking action against my complaint, whenever i checked my complaint status seen that still in processing .... worst worsssssssst

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks VI, volte service has been activated. But kindly solve the volte issue, which is fluctuating for some seconds after every call.
