    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic customer service. Just before the 365 days recharge internet was working very well but after 1799 recharge the speed has downgraded to lowest, even sending a single message take more time than before. 365 din ke paise le liye.

    @ViCustomerCare are you guys hiring stupid people? If you deactivate the profile & sim, how a user is supposed to pay the bill via app or web, when your authentication needs an OTP, are UR guys drinking or having drugs while formulating processes ? What's use of Due date then ?

    @ViCustomerCare Goodafternoon sir, i have complain against vodafone care gandhidham gujrat india the employee are not coporative and not solving my problem my sim card was deactivated since 1 month and i have already submitted the documents but everytime they are giving excuses.
