Pramod (@pramodpp) reported@ViCustomerCare suddenly raining offers on me after I sent a PORT request. I had to initiate porting because Vi-(doesn't)-care closed my complaints without actually fixing the network issue. Miraculously, the network was a lot stronger when their retention exec called.
