    @VodafoneIN I have never seen such a bad service. It's been 10 days, despite all these complaints, my simcard has not been activated yet.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port to some other telecom company. Your phone packs are the worst. Why do you even sell certain packs with no service validity? I recharged today but later found out the pack has no incoming validity. Very very deceptive way of earning money

    .@CCI_India @trai Please direct that #MobileNumberPortability Should either be done without having to send SMS, or that this SMS should be free. Otherwise, I am forced to spend Rs 129 merely for sending one single SMS to port away from @ViCustomerCare whose services are awful.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to browse anything with this stupid network & when trying to contact customer care executive, their response is 'sorry for your inconvenience there's some technical issue'. Resolve my problem ASAP. Else it won't take much time to port w @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Very slow internet speed in 4G. Ported to VI Postpaid after knowing good speed but not satisfied. Complaint done 2 month ago but issue not resolved. Kindly resolve the issue or I have to switch to another service provider. Kindly help!!
