@ViCustomerCare just cos your network is pathetic u don't rob customers of their money by automatically activating services and deduct money such frauds u causing which is why you are running in losses and have to sell your stakes stop robbing customers need refunds

@ViCustomerCare i have complained many times and false commitment by VI TWEETER TEAM Bill paid but my problems was not solved. Vi wants only bill payment on time but from customer side no services no solution.

@ViCustomerCare my father prepaid sim was not working , he went to Vi store for new sim but VI activated them postpaid plan instead of prepaid , now need to wait for 4 months for migrating back to prepaid..this is bullshit raised complaint but no answer as usual for VI.

@ViCustomerCare because of your worst service I tried to Port vi into jio ( @JioCare ), but vi coustmer care call me to cancel port forcefully, i also asked reason they said then only your sim will be Port and i believed on them. I lost my new recharge. Now I have no faith on vi

@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar . Now happy after assistance from government from debt to equity. Of 1633cr still you will not listen problem of customer. Why your social media team not responding all time sleeping like your network. I guess for that reason still awaiting reply.
