    Haven’t received any resolution yet. Karishma from @ViCustomerCare called up but as i started asking about reason for late response & changing of executive each time, she deliberately started saying that she is unable to here n disconnected call. @DoT_India pls help us

    @ViCustomerCare I have been repeatedly raising complaints since the last 2-3 months on the data services for my number 88884518479. The ticket is resolved after a couple of days mentioning that the issue is resolved and customer was not reachable Both the statements are false!!

    @ViCustomerCare Horrible horrible customer service. They collected extra money for Netflix from 2019 to this July.They have now disconnected Netflix. I want a refund as I have paid for July Netflix. Spoken to Sangeetha (twice) Arul (twice) Kamal, Sukanya and kurthika and many more. They tell (2)
