@DARPG_GoI on some pretext or the other @ViCustomerCare has denied porting. Family plan was running on my number and as suggested by their customer care exec. split my plan but now they bill me for Family plan for a single number. Also their was no communication to change plan.

How irresponsibly my 5 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect @ViCustomerCare to act so irresponsible which put me at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks & regards

@Mumbaikhabar9 Great to see @ViCustomerCare has gone pan-India! Very common occurrence in Uttarakhand for years now. Network disappears randomly, sometimes for hours and occasionally for days.
