    @ViCustomerCare even after regular complains you are not able to provide even some sort of internet speed , i feel help less when I am out of house without wifi, i would suggest to either to improve ur services or just packup.

    . @ViCustomerCare Facing Internet issues every day from evening to 10pm,can't even buffer a video ,can't even open any website, purchasing 2GB data per day pack & cannot use even half of it @ViCustomerCare If this issue continues definitely will change to other network soon.

    What happened? @ViCustomerCare I made a complaint regarding a massive network issue, wherein, I am unable to use the mobile data while in roaming. I was promised a resolution latest by 6:00 PM on 22nd January 2022. However, I didn’t receive any call or assistance whatsoever.

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare Shameless,3rd class, pathetic,careless,no customer value these words describes Vi. Today is 120th day of No network. Every single person in Vi is shameless.@rmstakkar dont u feel ashamed ur technical team cant solve a small issue for 4 months now.?

    Absolutely worst experience at the @ViCustomerCare store.They are adding up new plans without my request. When I go to the store, they tell me to wait there for an hour, and then they tell me that it can't be undone

    @ViCustomerCare I have been using #idea .network for last 14 years with same number, there were several instances where I was about to change my mobile operator just because of your poor service but I did not. Now it is time to move ahead. In this competitive era you are unable to service.
