Dear @ViCustomerCare your 198 #complaint number is a big joke. Takes about 4 min to reach real person. What is need to play several offers etc. When someone dials complaint number it is to report issues not to listen your useless offers. @TRAI please take appropriate action

Hello @ViCustomerCare Your network is not stable, it works for a minute and then don't work for the next. I have done all tactics like restarting my phone, reinserting the sim, all I'm vain.

@ViCustomerCare Raising multiple requests for a single issue is not a good plan. Instead, raise only 1 request and work on it. Customers get happy when their complaints are solved instead of giving them such vague reply.
