    @ViCustomerCare Hi. Thanks for the quick response. But I was saying this for my native place which is in Uttarakhand. I live in Mumbai and my network here is fine. My village in Uttarakhand has issues so I doubt my number is going to help since I am back to Mumbai.

    @ViCustomerCare facing bad internet connectivity issue please solve it as soon as possible ,either I will port in Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare I will only choose VI once I face issue with Airtel service or when you actually start servicing better that Airtel. The chances of which I see are very thin.Having said that I wish you luck if you genuinely want to work towards customer retention.

    Because I don't need to say how important the internet is at present. Padhai online hi karna pad raha hai. But in your (@ViCustomerCare) service it is not possible in my area VI's internet.
