    @ViCustomerCare Their social media support is most stupid people , they call to give status every time, not resolution repeating the same response. They don't escalate , just say we don't have provision to do that.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I ordered a new VI SIM on 1st January and completed the full payment. The SIM was never delivered, and my order was cancelled without any information or consent. This is extremely disappointing for a new customer. Worst customer support experience.
