    @ViCustomerCare Despite the physical visit of the technical team at my home the problem is still persisting & rather has increased.Half of the time the data turns to Edge mode & frequent call drops are now a part of life. It is such a disgrace for you to claim the best network. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am considering porting my 7 postpaid numbers currently on @Airtel_Presence. Before I decide, how can I test VI network performance indoors and generally in my area? I don’t want to commit and then discover no network or call drops inside the house.
