    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI VI stop cheating your clients. Porting is my right. Deceiving customers by making claims to cancel the port in request and additional increasing the cost. I was getting better benefits with JIO at 399, you promised me same benefits @399 and updated my plan.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 24 hours, but the number is still not activated at Vi end and it was ported from airtel.. really it's a big mistake of mine. Horrible response from Vi. No reason am paying my postpaid bill..without calls and internet!! No clue

    @ViCustomerCare they were told to get the primary account holder. I am in the US. Do I have to travel to India just to get a sim for my mother? This is so pathetic. Instead of solving the issue, they were told to add another line and get new sim

    @ViCustomerCare You were didn't check my previous sms. First check previous conversation then write anything. And also inform regarding network on my mobile is unstable sometime 2G sometimes 3G and 4G and also emergency mode means no coverage. When networks comes it's always full in every 2,3,4G
