    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Vi services r completely disrupted at Karimganj 788710, last 10-15days. We hv to face a lot of issues making it difficult for us to use internet bcz of d lack of network. I rqst u to kindly get d issue resolved by improving d quality of services.

    @ViCustomerCare - you have such pathetic service.I had enabled IR via your application as suggested by yourcustomer executive. Post doing that I rcvd a msg saying it will get activated at midnight. Now I have received a msg saying request taken for deactivation. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare I am in canada. I can’t travel to india to get it fixed. I just want you to please issue me my no back. Service centre in india is asking for 7500 to give me my no back. It’s insane. Seems like all these messages are going in deaf ears. What a pathetic customer service.
