    @ViCustomerCare To check Balance DATA, why USSD of VODA subscribers doesn't work? Is it compulsory to download 'VODA' apk for each & every silly query? I am not at all interested in VODA apk, it's heavy & useless I'hv taken up all my network & connectivity issues several times but in vain

    @ViCustomerCare dear Vodafone, i have experienced worst service by your team never recommend to anyone. My account has been suspended for no reason and reactivation is not happening. Worst customer service i have ever seen

    @ViCustomerCare Unexpectedly received a call from Amit (Vi)He assured me that my network issue would be resolved very soon. So, I'll recharge my number for one more month & see whether the problem is fixed.

    @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.

    I am on 5G unlimited data pack. But from 2 days how my data got expired daily from 1.5 GB data while it's always showing 5G on network bar. Solve it or either will port into jio!! @ViCustomerCare
