    Never trust the vendors of @ViCustomerCare - Bought the 2 sim cards (ported from Jio) and yesterday both SIMs got actovated. I am on a trip with family but the retailer did not did do the first recharge so both sims are not working. @jaagograhakjago

    @Ayeshakhaan786 @ViCustomerCare You are getting fake 5g symbol it was actually running 4g but samsung phone sometimes shows 5g icon on 4g network because of this you are getting 5g symbol but your actual data is deducting no unlimited 5g. You can download net monster app and see 5g is showing disconnected

    @ViCustomerCare Can we hurry this up? You guys send 1 text message and discontinue the services. No calls, no emails, no WhatsApp too. Do you really expect people to keep a watch on their SMS at this time? Being a customer since the last 18-19 years has just brought disappointment.

    No Vi network since 3 PM in my area (Dahegaon Gosavi, Wardha ā€“ 442001). This is extremely disappointing. Many users are facing the same issue. Kindly resolve ASAP or I will be forced to port to another network. @ViCustomerCare #NetworkIssue #VodafoneIdea
