@ViCustomerCare your PREE CALL ANNOUNCEMENT so irritating others operator like @reliancejio PAC is more better cause its not take extra time to user, when we heard PAC others side call ringing. That's why I PORT my number. Lack of 4G+, call quality poor.

@ViCustomerCare why don't you improve your network coverage? Even in 2021 we don't have VI network in my village. Why don't you install a tower here?
