@ViCustomerCare must admit that I made a mistake in opting Vi Postpaid Number 9811178686. I experienced a worst network coverage during my stay in Bihar from 14 th to 20th February. It was zero network signal in entire block of Fatehpur and Wazirgaj Gaya, Bihar.

Hey @ViCustomerCare, if any complaint is being raised for a bad network with no connectivity and call drops. The simple solution I get is no more optimization possible. Rather than giving such replies can you say PLEASE SWITCH. Refer 3-113080721800 and 3-113453462812
