@ViCustomerCare Got almost 40 calls from your customer retention team since I raised my port request. I already explained my problem multiple times. I had enough that’s why I decided to port. Please stop torturing me. Ask them to not call me again please.

@ViCustomerCare Responded to multiple Vi personal calls and clearly communicated the voice call concerns, time of concerns, available time at home but nobody seems from vodafone to listen the customer voice and keep making their own statement and conclusion. Solution has not yet arrived

@ViCustomerCare can you modify my bill as you are not providing internet service as expected...now it seems like 2G...so modify my bill with half amount..want to port but it restricted for 90 day...so request upto 90 days only....

All I hear is that the matter is escalated to the higher executives. Don’t know how escalating matters help if it’s not resolved even after 22 days of Complaining. Feeling sorry for self to have ported my number to #Vi @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @VodaIdea_NEWS
