Just realised my mistake. I was calling the wrong number. Being part of @ViBusinessIndia (Enterprise Solutions) I was supposed to call on your dedicated line for Enterprises. My issue was resolved immediately, after I connected on the correct number. @ViCustomerCare

@Gaurav1412 @through_theGAP @ViCustomerCare I agree 100 % they will & they will close the complaints without any solutions . After this merger network connectivity becomes very worst. Before merging I got good coverage but now no coverage & connectivity. Very poor indoor coverage. No vowifi, volte, esim just 2g network
