    @ViCustomerCare Your network speed is very slow. I am not able to use your app also. I tried calling customer care no option to talk to any HUMAN.

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

    @ViCustomerCare Which are the basic service validity plans? I don’t want any unlimited calls or Data just want to receive SMS and Incoming calls. So how can I get validity? Which recharge I will do?

    @TRAI My mother has not been able to receive any incoming calls since yesterday. She is using the @ViCustomerCare network. To my knowledge, under the new regulations, providers are not permitted to block incoming calls even ifuser has not recharged.

    @ViCustomerCare What happened about network, hv u checked at that location. U asked le location where i don't get network. It is a huge Hospital. As usual u nothing done except westing my time. Fake assurance call repeated same question No solution no proper service. @TelephoneAuthorityOfIndia
