    There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month.

    @ViCustomerCare I am using @ViCustomerCare since 2012 and happy with that, Only issue with 5G service not available till now!

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India For the past month, the network drops constantly, internet stops working for 30 minutes after running for just 5 minutes, and 'G' appears. Completely poor service! Please resolve this permanently. #Vi #VodafoneIdea #NetworkIssue

    @ViCustomerCare Only change in logo. No improvement in service, network etc. even the utility payment section in the VI app is not working since last 2 months and your customer service team has no update on that. Such a rubbish company

    @ViCustomerCare My first SIM was Idea, but I had to port out because of signal issues. Hopefully, with your new network upgrades, I’ll be back to Idea again! 🤞

    @ViCustomerCare Once a bad experience, arrogant manager at call center, and never have looked back at VI to buy any of their service ever. I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.
