@ViCustomerCare I am on international roaming in the UK. Haven't been able to make/receive calls or send/rcve sms. International roaming pack is also active. Called customer care several times -?no resolution.

@Zebaism @ViCustomerCare Customer service in India sucks, irrespective of the service provider. These chaps feel they can take their customers for a ride primarily due to lack of consumer rights in consumers and non existent redressal mechanism.

@ViCustomerCare Tell me one reason for not leave your network. When I have a balance of 50 rs but I was not able to send even a single sms. Who the hell was designed the plan? No basic sense at all. Soon you will gone from market.
