    @ViCustomerCare Now the same field officer is not even picking up calls not giving any reply after checking the whatsapp messages... Is this the kind of service you wanna give? Just sell the SIM and forget about it once the porting is complete

    @ViCustomerCare unable to connect with ur support team.Tried both 198 & 199 no response. My balance ₹49 was debited randomly for VAS(Bollywood Videos)which I didn't subscribe. However I unsubscribed the service later, but my money is still not refunded. Pls DM for more details.
