@ViCustomerCare Thanks for the response. It is negative marketing that happens even someone calls ‘ kya Meri baat vijosh ji se ho Rahi hai’ is how they begin. And next question- service call to check if there is any issue. Go past this question and next one we have very nice family packages

@nch1915 @ViCustomerCare I am using VI's sim card, and when I try to call National Consumer Helpline @nch1915 toll free number 1915, The call is not getting connected and the VI customer care is saying that this number is chargeable, you have to do a top-up recharge.

Ironically, @ViCustomerCare is not letting me recharge my vi prepaid. How? Because Vi has blocked the incoming SMS service.

@ViCustomerCare Internet is not working in vi network from 7 pm to 11 pm every day. Location is Manjhanpur, within 20 km circle of Kaushambi. I am facing this problem since last 1 month.
