@ViCustomerCare gr8 support at ajmer store; wanted nano sim; agent asked if wish 2 retain number & said sim is inactive, need a recharge before conversion. Left the store, had Rs.2 balance, PORTed & got saved; 2 number ported in 6 months; understood why bankruptcy after all!
