    @ViCustomerCare I have DM the details, it's good if you change the process of postpaid activation like other service providers. Else day not far Indians will Kick you out from the telecom industry. Do not waste investors money and do not play with customer sentiments.

    Your Patna Vodafone incharge sontu Kumar Sharma (screen shot attached) promised to send engineer at my location but he neither is recieving my call nor calling back. Please look into this matter as the network issue has again started here. It's urgent @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare - 4G not working in Ecospace 1B building. Status bar shows 4G but Internet speed is 0 Kbps. Please check ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm having problems with my bill. I was overcharged Rs 2141 than my regular billing amount. After multiple attempts through official channels, my issue is still not resolved. I was told billing investigation team will contact me but they did not.
