    @anjusabu @ViCustomerCare Same here. The IR roaming pack didn’t work and on complaining, they just compensated by reducing ₹1000 from the bill. In fact, entire amount should have been refunded when the outgoing calls were not working. It’s just a scam.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, my 5G network has not been working for the past 3 days. I already contacted customer care, but the issue is still unresolved. Please look into it and help resolve it as soon as possible

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with Unlimited 5G on my Vi number. My phone shows a 5G connection, but my daily data quota is still being deducted. Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare I contacted customer support today, but the executive incorrectly stated that my number is not a Vodafone Idea number and refused assistance. I have been using this number with Vi for years and regularly recharge it through the Vi app. Please investigate and help.
