@ViCustomerCare I am not able to login in Vi app. When I enter my number in Vi application, I am not receiving any OTP to login. My internet connection is ok, I tried 10-15 times atleast and reinstalled the app 6-7 times but same result. 1/2

I don't want @ViCustomerCare to activate any insane services on my card from now on or else I will be forced to PORT out of Vi to some other service provider just because I am being charged without my INTERVENTION. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I am in kerala. Ur network is very poor data speed and c care is not responsibility. So many times I complained to Vi care call center. But resolve my problem. My problem is Hotspot sharing. Sharing time no have internet to other devices. Some times have internet but no longer.

@ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium Improve your network first and don't make fake commitment for fastest network. I have complained many time for network issue, but no action is taken.and no improvement is done.

Finally ported my mobile number from Vi to @airtelindia today. @ViCustomerCare has complete disregard for their loyal customers and don't give a damn about their complaints. Basic calling facilities have gone for a toss. Leave alone data. Sadly its a goodbye after 17yrs. #Pune

@ViCustomerCare In our area there is no network. There is no network of 2g ,3g & 4g also so plzzz solve our problem I have completed 6 times
