    @ViCustomerCare Yes I will go with vi soon ,if my problem will not fixed by BSNL ,by the way I am already using vi it's network is tremendous but only one thing missing in my area that is 5g , place motihari 845402

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Despite having validity and recharge, your services are pathetic During critical hours, OTP is never received. This is a common and regular harassment. Mend it or I v to file a formal complaint

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi Team, I want to enable the SIM Lock feature on my Vi SIM. However, I do not know the current SIM PIN. Could you please help me with the default SIM PIN or guide me on how to obtain/reset it? Also, please let me know how I can get the PUK code if needed.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Dear Vodafone, Please put some network towers on pilgrimage tracking route of Kedarnath. VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.
