@ViCustomerCare Unable to use internet while calling and enable the VoLte asap. I called customer care they said my smartphone does not support VoLte but it is working fine with jio. Please solve this issue.

@ViCustomerCare Today I got my number migrated from post paid to prepaid by paying recharge amount of Rs. 203/- as asked. I activated new sim but it says you don’t have enough balance so number not working. I need immediate assistance. Why recharge not done after making payment.

@ViCustomerCare I've done this so many times before but nothing changed. This time I'm not going to entertain you. If want to fix it then fix or I'm switching to another provider. We are using Vodafone for many years but this is worse.

@ViCustomerCare I did suspended my account last month after doing full bill payment and even i got confirmation call/email from your team that it's been suspended successfully. Still i have received bill for this month. WORST service provider.#vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @rmstakkar Now seriously I think that I can proudly say that VI has the worst service as compared to other companies I have started using airtel such a good service guys seriously now I think that I should try jio as no one cares in VI after complain
