@ViCustomerCare I am kerala from and I have poor network coverage so VoWifi is very important for me. If you don't have the service here I am quiting because jio & airtel here have the VoWifi feature. You guys better get shutdown 👎 @reliancejio @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare worst service ever I requested for port in VI now my sim has been activated in Vi but till now my No. Outgoing service is not activated at the time of port Vi executive offered my I will get 1 month free outgoing and 1.5GB internet+ 12 to 6Am unlimited browsing.

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw No VoLTE on my Vi Number 9790776701 since the day of activation, even Galaxy S20 FE supports Vi VoLTE but VoLTE service is not activated & there is no reponse from your side on this issue. Pls activate my VoLTE service on my no.

@ViCustomerCare sorry state of affairs. More than 3 weeks to move esim from one handset to another. Now sms service barred from last 4 days. Customer care has no clue. Time to port my 15 year old service provider. @TRAI
