    @ViCustomerCare Changed from post to prepaid. Store charged me 179 and did not give receipt. Now sim is active but 0 balance. You have sent me 8 msgs in 2 hrs, but I still can't use the phone. Your stores are closed. What am I supposed to do now? Have some shame and fix this.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I am not able to make call to any number. It is saying for all the numbers in my contact list that the no I've called is not in service. But I can make calls from my Airtel sim.
