    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare I just want to say that why don't you close your 4G operation in India. VI is the WORST. I bought a vi sim a week ago but it does not work at all even in Patna. This vi barely connect to 4G. My original sim @airtelindia is the BEST.

    @ViCustomerCare I have no option left but to port out from Vi @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup as i was forced by Executive Mr Navin Thakur of Vi store, Manpada Road, Opp Raymond Showroom, Dombivali East (421201) for billing plan.. worst service.. executives abuse customers and talk harshly.

    @AdvocateMaiti @ViCustomerCare In Vi Prepaid plans No Service Validity means , the plan requires a validity plan ( existing plan/base plan) to run along Rs 999 of vi • Validity 365days ( expiry from your vi account ) • No service validity ( meaning requires a existing base validity plan )
