    @ViCustomerCare How much i raised 2100 SR request regarding network issue but directly close this experiment doing only VI but why??? no network improvement 2100 SR request how providing service??? Why doing this experiment with customers? Why???? What you need??

    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @ViCustomerCare it's been more than a week with me requesting a call back regarding an open complaint. And I have only seen a call come through once. The frequency of calling being once a day two days apart. I'm sure this can be done in a better way.
