@VodafoneIN Issue is, I was using 299 plan and I had upgraded to the plan of 399 with Mobile Shield but when I tried to registered on Mobile Shield App it always shows error. Now I want from Vodafone is to put my previous plan back on my number with Rs 50 discount that I was getting before.

@jugalhirani @ViCustomerCare They can't see your balance idle,they will find a way to deduct it. Its a mistake if you recharge main balance with VI.. This is my third complaint within few months. Last year my 500 rs was deducted. After few mail chains they refunded it back. Bahut bada scam hai saala.

I was trying to port out because to network-related problem but I got a call that now if you go for 399 plan then you will get caller tune free, I have called 3-4 to last 3 hours. But I haven't got a satisfactory answer, I am very annoyed by your convenience @ViCustomerCare
