@VodafoneIN from last 1year service level reached to the worst. I left Vodafone due overcharging from postpaid. I joined again after 2 years, again this happen and switch to prepaid,now your app is putting us in debits by now showing nesesary details,it's pathetic.I quite forever

@VodafoneIN vodafone is wrost service i have ever used. They commit to solve out issue with in 24 -48 hrs and rt now 300 hrs passed and issue remain same. I have requested to change my postpaid to prepaid but after taking long time around 15 days they told me to visit store.

@ViCustomerCare finally after 1.5 months vi executives called me and asked sir, aapki problem kya hai. Every time new person call me and ask my issue. I told many times but no resolution provided. So time to have a look for invested also as I think vi future is not good.
