@VodafoneIN vodafone is wrost service i have ever used. They commit to solve out issue with in 24 -48 hrs and rt now 300 hrs passed and issue remain same. I have requested to change my postpaid to prepaid but after taking long time around 15 days they told me to visit store.

@VodafoneIN from last 1year service level reached to the worst. I left Vodafone due overcharging from postpaid. I joined again after 2 years, again this happen and switch to prepaid,now your app is putting us in debits by now showing nesesary details,it's pathetic.I quite forever

Pressed *123# from VI to check the balance, as it is the usual no in different networks. Immediately, got SMS 'Jokes Pack activated and 30 RS deducted'. Got refund after spending 8 minutes on customer care call. But, still it is cheating. Be aware of it @ViCustomerCare #VI
