    @ViCustomerCare telephone network absent since yesterday afternoon and now returned in very feeble strength. There is no effective system of registering complaint and if it is, you ask for 4-5 days for solution. A prompt action is requested if anyone from Vi is there

    @ViCustomerCare The issue was raised on 25th March , r u still working on it . What about my refund u guys are damm crooks . Took my money 400 days ago no product no service delivered no refund provided .

    @ViCustomerCare your app is such a waste that one cannot book complaint on it. On tapping "raise a complaint" it shows ways to make payment. Where are you heading ? A complete collapse ?

    @ViCustomerCare vi app doesn't update email id. Everytime OTP is filled in, it says "it is already updated" but the email has not been updated. Pl help.

    @ViCustomerCare Today received call from VI (022-50897580) regarding displaying wrong info on vi app and deduction from main bal this was 2nd time I face such problem. Representative was not giving satisfactory reply. Hence I asked for portability procedure, she disconnected line
