    @VodafoneIN Issue is, I was using 299 plan and I had upgraded to the plan of 399 with Mobile Shield but when I tried to registered on Mobile Shield App it always shows error. Now I want from Vodafone is to put my previous plan back on my number with Rs 50 discount that I was getting before.

    @VodafoneIN just receiving call for resolution and confirmation that we are working but not getting resolution. Now call facility gone after net facility. I am also working my private job and get stuck with this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare my sim works in Hyderabad but not in Lucknow. If i restart my phone it works for a very short period of time then stops working again. My connection bars are full all the time. I tried to contact customer care but as my connection wasn't there i was unable to.
