  @VodafoneIN Issue is, I was using 299 plan and I had upgraded to the plan of 399 with Mobile Shield but when I tried to registered on Mobile Shield App it always shows error. Now I want from Vodafone is to put my previous plan back on my number with Rs 50 discount that I was getting before.

  @ViCustomerCare Even Appellate authority seems to be of no help. SR-DEL-V00347745619 - Unable to do Televerification. Everyday, new executive attends the call, sends standard message and then I am told that the concern has been escalated but no resolution...and the horror tale continues.

  The moment I informed @ViCustomerCare in detail about the spamming of my numbers, the customer care representative Rajesh disconnected the call. This should make a case study on how customer care fails leading to loss of an existing customer. Maybe I will author it myself.
