    Hey @VodafoneIN , I have more trouble with 2G network of yours from lockdown days than past. Please upgrade the service and provide 4G , Basic reason of my villagers, they don't pick you. You are so irritating as a service provider. Mayur Suwalka, Village -Shakkargarh, 311203

    First, they emailed saying refund via UPI within 2 hours of final bill. 1 month passed. Now clueless support staff is giving fake timelinessome say 45 days via cheque, some say log in to the app (how? when the number is ported out!).@ViCustomerCare

    @Joy_Majumder__ @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Agree. But that's because of an under-utilised network. Once they begin adding subscribers, the speeds will decrease. I have already seen significant speed drops with Vi in Pune.

    My number is still not activated despite multiple visits to the Vi Gallery. I was told the only option is to convert it to postpaid, else discard the number. This is unacceptable. Please help resolve this urgently @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare While I have a 739 recharge on, unlimited data and it is ending on 7th June, why I am being told on customer service that I have 1 gb/day and your app is showing data limit reached ? And there's no customer representative on 198, pathetic service.
