    @ViCustomerCare Something is seriously wrong with Vi. They delivered the sim in more than one week after multiple deadline misses and follow ups. Now, the sim is not activated. It has been 6 hours that they delivered the sim. What a service @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ Not able to recharge for minimum amnt , data for a day /2 day/ 3 day and minimum amnt recharge with no service validity at the time of urgency and sometime to keep sim active . This is totally compulsion from your end and Unfair Trade Policy ,

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI What ******** is wrong with your service? It has been 4 months of unresolved network issues. Your team visited my location and promised it would be fixed within 15 days. Four months later — NOTHING.
