    @ViCustomerCare ..Customer care service unacceptable.. your team at Churchgate Vodafone store are so under trained with minimum knowledge and unable to help or reach a solution .. I have had to make 4 trips and yet the work is undone.. Pathetic service.

Why do you think a retail customer(salaried person) will buy cloud store services when it's clearly for business purposes. Why have I been sold this product

    There is no VoLTE available in Bihar & Jharkhand circle. Do anyone here has any information about its launch or any news from Vi Customer care 🤔 #port2Vi @ViCustomerCare VoLTE services is used to make HD calls, making call quality very very clear.

    @ViCustomerCare Have you even referred to the pictures i attached with this tweet. I asked vodafone to discontinue my services and paid the bill in full in July 20. I don’t want your services. Why should i pay for the bill when I asked to deactivate service last yr.
