    @ViCustomerCare since few days I am not getting the network in my home this is really pathetic what's the point of being on your network if my phone network is down when I am at home where as the other service providers are giving good network connectivity here

    @ViCustomerCare It has been one week since I am unable to receive calls and still resolution from vi. I have now opted to port out of VI but the televerification process cannot be done due to unable to receive calls. #RAJ-V01021006382. I demand to approve my porting out request.

    @ViCustomerCare But yesterday one of ur vi customer service they ask me to wait or it may take 10 days or more than 1 month to get resolved.
