    @ViCustomerCare You are the biggest fraud, you just want to charge customer even after lots of call drops, no tower, no highspeed internet. Even after losing badly you people not improving your attitude towards your customer.

    The fun part is when I said that the @ViCustomerCare is fooling customers. He replies me back with an arguments saying "agar company ko paisa khana reheta toh roz paise nahi kaatati". Customer care people r so rude. Such deductions if done regularly will lead to instant noticing.

    @ViCustomerCare why even after stopping all the services I am being charged and why without my concent services are getting activated on my number. Called many a times on Cc service & there are no services active but I am getting msgs for balance deduction. @TRAI @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare absolutely rubbish service and experience. Been a customer for 20 yrs. One of my phones got lost and got a new sim same day. For some unknown reason activation is on hold. Customer rep says they dont know why. Store says we dont know. Sheer intentional harassment

    @ViCustomerCare 3 days have gone. Any particular reason? I just switched off my phone and the network never came. Before switching, it was showing 4g.
