    @ViCustomerCare I am facing call drop problem since I ported out to Vi . I raised a complaint but all in vain . I think Vi is the worst network in the world.

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been stopped due to re-KYC not done, but now I’m being forced to migrate to postpaid just for field verification. So prepaid users are not valued customers? Using Vi since 2013, now no service for 24+ hours despite payment. This is unfair.

    @ViCustomerCare support agent is saying I have night binge facility in my plan but no such night binge available it's deducting from my roll over for no reason

    @ViCustomerCare very worst internet speed claims 5G IN jaipur still many locations are not covered. Even not speed good 4G.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to delete it. I am serious about the same as we are paying the same amount which airtel n jio subscribers pay them for a good speed 5G network. I need better Speed currently it is 5mbps. Too much interference on this area
