    @ViCustomerCare why have you stopped otp sms and without any information. I am not able to login to any bank accounts due to your service. I have recharged my phone twice and your employees don't have any clue about this. This is actual harrasment and @TRAI is supporting it?

    Hello @ViCustomerCare Even after giving complaint to your authority, there is no solution to my problem. I have been your customer for many years but I feel that you are unable to solve the problems of your customers so I am forced to port the sim in another network.
