    @ViCustomerCare My area sometimes network not working somtimes full network disappear. 4G+ not available my area . If possible please install 5G network in my area.

    @ViCustomerCare instead of paying huge money for promotion, try to fix your services and plan, then you don’t need big celebrities , I remember the days when #Hutch was using only a Cute Dog to promote. “Wherever you go, our network follows” but you ruined Hutch

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @vodafoneIN Chronic network failure (calls + data) Pathetic after-sales & store support Policies that punish, not protect, customers I’ve raised multiple complaints; no meaningful resolution. Advice: Avoid Vi postpaid entirely. Worst telecom experience in every aspect. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

    Good move @ViCustomerCare with new branding. People are now fed up with poor or below poor network quality of @airtelindia and @reliancejio I am willing to pay a better competitive price if you are promising upgrades to network. Also let’s challenge the home internet space
