    @ViCustomerCare " Your Network complaint is already registered with ref. no. UPW-V00768865931. The expected resolution date is 05 Jan '22 11:01AM " Now its been more then the expected date and complaint isn't resolved yet. I want refund of my recharge. Poor network vi 👎👎

    @ViCustomerCare will be transferred to the prepaid balance.Called customer care thrice, got 3 different responses. The last one asked me to go to the store where I had got this converted and check with them. Do u expect me to go to the store again when corona cases r rising?(2/2)
