    @ViCustomerCare enough of these ducking unsolicited promotion messages. Even after many complaints, you are saying these are service related messages. From which ducking angle they look like? I will be porting all my numbers if this doesn't stop @TRAI

    Network was down then got sim card changed from Vi store, its not activated in 2 hours, again visited store then they said document/photo upload needed.If using card 10 plus years , paying on time bills then why again document and photo needed? @ViCustomerCare Plz tell me.

    @ViCustomerCare - compliant # del-v00389166183. Recharge this morning for 3gb data for 28 days for ₹48. Calling customer desk gets a 48 hour to fix it. Can someone fix it? Hopeless service on calling customer service
