@consumerforum_ My @VodafoneIN network is down since 1year ! Repeated complaints have met with the same answer - we have optimised your conn. and there's nothing more we can do. Are they justified to charge me the full bill amount month after month in such a scenario ?

@VodafoneIN kindly ensure stable internet facility at Gr noida location. Mobile internet is badly unstable and creating problem. Hope to get this issue resolved early.

@PizzaHutIN - your 800 numbers do not work from Mobiles unelss @ViCustomerCare has blocked all 800 numbers from prepaid calls.. Your listed land line numbers are non functional, unless the Pune land lines are down.. Limited options today - else would have never come to PHut!
