N hw many call or raise issue.many dnt even chk balance since we r getting unlimited calls offer. Many ppl dnt even bother coz these ppl hv made them hard to reach. I'm raising issue since months

Hi @ViCustomerCare , Sorry to say but you do not deserve the telecom industry. Every time I have to escalate the issue to solve a simple problem. If you are unable to handle customer grievance then you should do some other business.

I already had a active pack so I don't want this pack on my mobile no. So that I am requesting you to refund or transfer this recharge of amount 555rs on my friends no.

@ViCustomerCare Did you read my tweet ? I already paid amount on pro rata basis. I am receiving call from all parties but not from you. Plz dont lie. I never received a call from VI regarding this concern. I asked you to clear amount from back end since i already paid. And you reply blindly
