    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already sent multiple emails and tweets yet my number 7976566719 is still suspended. I am facing serious issues my communication has completely stopped and my work is getting affected. Kindly restore services immediately instead of sending generic responses

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Dear Vodafone, Please put some network towers on pilgrimage tracking route of Kedarnath. VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.

    @ViCustomerCare @princ0306 Vodafone is the realtime scammer. They fraud people. They scam people even when the customer is 15 yrs. Old they really don't care they just need money by scamming people

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I purchased a new Vi SIM over two weeks ago, but it is still not activated. I have contacted multiple Vi stores, but the issue remains unresolved. This delay is causing inconvenience. Please look into the matter and activate my SIM at the earliest. Thanks
