    My porting request SMS was sent at 12:10pm today. I got a call from @ViCustomerCare 12:49pm. I didn't take the call. But, to round out this thread, an issue @ViCustomerCare couldn't resolve for more than two weeks was resolved in less than an hour after porting was initiated.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic customer support, toll free numbers are invalid. Self service platforms are use less, want to deactivate an esim, hopefully your twitter is still working.

    @ViCustomerCare Ur DM r of no use . Should I paste the emails here so other ppl also understand my problem. It’s been 10-15 days . But no solution . Ur normal customer care ppl can’t access corporate sim details . So pls get someone from corporate who can solve the issue

    @ViCustomerCare Yes u said to recharge with 10 rs . Why not 10 lakhs or more. Ur 118 recharge is not working as committed by website then how one can trust ur other recharges will work. It's like I paid an amount and now ur asking for more amount to pay just for ur ARPU. In this case no option
