    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

    @ViCustomerCare #NetworkIssue Enough is enough! For over a month, my internet has been extremely slow despite repeated complaints. Now, for the past week, even calling has become unreliable. I raised another complaint 5 days ago and was promised resolution within 4 days. 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare Once a bad experience, arrogant manager at call center, and never have looked back at VI to buy any of their service ever. I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.
