    @ViCustomerCare Hi Urgent support required. Today at 7.30 PM done the sim exchange request due to issues in my old sim. After 2 hours still no network in my mobile. Call support team said , visit again VI store on Monday after 10 AM. but my job totally depends on phone calls

    @ViCustomerCare Vi ..internet is not working in my phone at all i am not able to use net neither volte show or 4g network Even in calling, the voice is not clear, there is a lot of problem Please solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise I will port to other network
