    @ViCustomerCare I don't really understand the delay from your side. My sim was verified and it was working but your guys shut it off and now I have to bear the consequences of it, while your executives can bring up the most random excuses to escape the blame when I visit the store for support.

    I had bought a new VI SIM, I have not been able to service it even for a day because there is no signal here. When I lodged a complaint, I was told to call the company. My experience with VI is absolutely terrible. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I DM’d all details about my iMessage/FaceTime activation issue. No resolution yet. Prepaid user, no international SMS. Need international SMS enabled for iMessage activation on prepaid . Please fix this ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare 4/ I raised a formal complaint explaining everything. I also clearly informed Vi that my Vi numbers were unreachable because they had no service and provided my overseas contact number for all communication.
