@ViCustomerCare uttter **** u guys are.After every 2 days, I have to call u guys to fix my internet connection.Most of the apps doesn't work properly not even VI shite app. Can't even file complaint thourgh the app.U guys call this service?Kothi pe baith jaa raandy ki aulaad!

Everyone must switch from @ViCustomerCare to any other network.I am facing a simple SMS delivery problem from last one month and already lodged three complaint and they closed all the complaints by informing three different replies.

@ViCustomerCare Thank you Mr. Kumar for informing me that my concern has been discussed but please keep in mind that it is not resolved and can never be resolved unless it's given to me in writing that I won't face any issue further during roaming.
