    @ViCustomerCare 9 hrs gone no internet in our area. Too much poor service provider is VodafoneIdea. Main city area in a state no Vi internet. 9 hours above.

    Network providers like Vodafone have quietly removed outgoing SMS facility which is a core component of mobile services from their certain plans. I mean how is this even allowed? Ludicrous. @TRAI @ViCustomerCare
