@ViCustomerCare @azazelSatya @ViCustomerCare is totally clueless about anything and everything. Simple suggestion, they should create a ticket for any issue, assign it to a single person. Getting a response from unknown name after a gap of 6 hours is loosing continuity and a long delay impacting customers.

I opted for 699 rs family plan for two numbers. Paid bill of 699+taxes for both number for 4 months.. suddenly from last month Vodafone-Idea are charging two seprate bills. I never opted for seprate plans.. I don't why they do this. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @jagograhakjago
