@ViCustomerCare I said, everytime your executive told me that “Our Network team will resolve your speed connectivity issue.” then for 2 days speed provided by vi is superb. But,ASA port validity expires, Max.speed provided is 25 to 50 KB. We all (25 to 40 Vi users) have same issue at residence.

Hi @ViCustomerCare , I moved to Canada last month and unfortunately my wife lost her Vodafone sim card 2 weeks back. We have linked all our bank accounts to that number. Pls guide us to get a duplicate sim card and let me know what all the procedures are. Any help will be great.

@ViCustomerCare I tried porting my number to Vi Postpaid and today morning I received a call from the Customer Care saying that the SIM will get activated in 2hrs but it has been more than 5 hours and the SIM isn't active. I'm unable to reach postpaid customer care service. Help!

@ViCustomerCare a dreadful experience by Vodafone, if u apply for porting the executive will torture you to listen to the information if the same concentration they would have done before the request many of the customer would have been retained.
