@ViCustomerCare There is an internet speed problem in my area I talked to the customer care services but there was no change in my internet speed but the speed of other networks like Jio is good either improve your network or tell me to change it if you can't improve your network.

@ViCustomerCare please fix the network issue, it is the worst network I have ever used, 3signal and even can't download a single file. If you can't assure better service refund the huge amout charged for recharges

@ViCustomerCare Very very pathetic services. Sms bouncing, low call connectivity, call drop when will your network gain old glory. Since your merger with idea it seems all is gone for a toss. I am considering porting to @airtelindia or @reliancejio

@ViCustomerCare very bad network at my location. This is my 3ed complaint and no one is bother to solve it. If this continues I will change operator from next Monday onwards.

@ViCustomerCare @GpKiSchool1 exactly , evertime I switch on my data it changes into 2G( GPRS ) 2.5G ( EDGE) , I can't use after changing their customized APN settings , so give me my UPC , I just want to say " tata , goodbye , khatam , gaya" it not gonna work showing some paid users , worst coverage !!
