@chatsrahul @ViCustomerCare I had to port to jio because of this rubbish from Vodafone. Nobody bothered to check anything and took me a 14 year old customer for granted. No wonder the churn rate is high. @ravindertakker

@ViCustomerCare Thanks ! Hope I will get a resolution this time. Mere calling on a complaint and not resolving will waste each other's time. It's been 5 months I have been complaining and still the issue hasn't been addressed. Your tech team closes the case without even contacting.

@ViCustomerCare No doubt, that your internet service is better in my town atleast, but from last one months I am getting huge trouble while calling someone आपकी कॉल अभी पूरी नहीं की जा सकती 5 times I had to try atleast to get connections, This is ridiculous.

@ViCustomerCare My friend's no. was blocked without any intimation and when he contacted d customer care d informed that it is postpaid number registered under different name, whoever he was using it as postpaid user for 4 years. Help please, all his accounts are synced wid d no.
