Hello @ViCustomerCare I'm having network problems, i made complent on vi app several times but it's not getting fixed, i have noticed in our area if these is electricity power then only network is good and if power cuts network also cuts i guess tower has no power backup!

@ViCustomerCare I am a VI postpaid user. Lost sim and need a new one but in there is VI store 486661 Pincode (Sidhi District). It has been more than 50 minutes being on call & speaking to VI Customer care. He had no option to help me. Senior isn’t available. Very irritating.

@ViCustomerCare I'm a VI user & VI network is so bad in our area pls solve this issue. There are also many VI users in our area but the signal is very bad & it doesn't work in the evening that's why I'm thinking of getting my sim port in jio.I hope you will solve this issue ASAP

@ViCustomerCare No network since yesterday. This is what you advertise as GigaNet ? Does your network support Gigabit speeds over 1800mhz on 4G ? I have never experienced above 20Mbps at my home, from 3am to 7am, daily it's like 3-4mbps. And why there is no Carrier aggression ???
