@ViCustomerCare V+i= worst services what a data speed you are providing to users not even your VI app able to access with your high speed data of 4G+Volte wow thought it was some network issue same will get resolved in some time but no it almost 3days I'm unable to use data.

@ViCustomerCare Stop calling and suggesting me caller tunes and other offers. I give you two days to remove this. Otherwise i would switch my and my family's network operator. Your unnecessary calls are disturbing my schedule and sleep.

@ViCustomerCare I m almost 8 year old vi postpaid user (9702975016), I haven't approved the billing plan of 299 but your agent has changed it (you can check last call recording with customer care) I'm not gonna pay the bill. Tomorrow m gonna port to @reliancejio @JioCare.

Hi @ViCustomerCare I am in international roaming & my sim card is showing No service. I recharged with Rs 79 combo pack to keep my sim active on 3rd Sep and also have around Rs 100 in balance. Can you let me know why I don't have any service? This number belongs to Mumbai circle
