Pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare. I ported from Airtel to VI, Saturday & paid for recharges. SIM got activated today but the recharge is yet to get reflected. When I went to store @ 6:55pm (I had office before) it is closed whereas working hrs is till 7pm

@ViCustomerCare I have network issues since 1 month,I already complained about this 4 times but no improvement yet,i called customer-care but they not give proper answers and they told me i’ll transfer your call to senior, after that i waited 30 minutes but no one response.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, again 70 rs has been deducted even when I didn’t receive the call. And the strange part is that VI app is showing that call is received from my own number which is practically not possible. Please initiate refund and fix your system ASAP. Will share the screenshot in DM
