    @ViCustomerCare - I want to port out from ****** Vi Service provider. They failed to keep the basic of their DND Services. They don’t reply to tweets. I think they’ve enough business.

    @ViCustomerCare Beware of Vi...low on network and service and out to dupe customers by arbitrary demands. Losing customer base and incurring heavy losses. Not a brand to depend upon anymore.

    I took the new Vi Sim, it was not activated for some reason , and went to the store they told me to connect customer care, I called customer care and they declined to raise the case, transfer my call and disconnect the call. *Worst service VI* @ViCustomerCare
