    @ViCustomerCare Kindly educate your suppoort staff to read emails send out in English and not wait to speak to a customer to atleast understand the issue. I've given up on your support - its still the same when I conversed before in store and now via email.

    @ViCustomerCare So much running around. Still Vi could not send me an ebill. App doesn't work, OTP never sent. Really I feel like a fool with them for 15 ;years

    @ViCustomerCare Need urgent help, you guys have deactivated my sim, no reason explained. Visited nearby vi store they refuse to fetch my details and suggest me to visit madhyapradesh as my sim is of that circle. Need help to get this sorted.
