    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare just got a call from a rep who heard me out, claimed she only had the power to sign me up for a new plan and not to resolve any issues. May this thread serve as incredible testimony to Vi's ineptness. Need someone with the ability to RESOLVE a WRONGFUL CHARGE.

    @ViCustomerCare there has been 7 calls in 1 hour inspite of the fact that I have cleared my intention for porting out. Please stop calling up and wasting the time of the customer. You are only making them more irritated.
