    @ViCustomerCare I have done all the mentioned steps in the link but still the problem persists and as I told u earlier it happens every month for 2-3days otherwise I face no connectivity issues.

    @M_Jain202 @ViCustomerCare @JioCare #Vi dont give you sufficient speed of internet.. in Hyderabad vi network signal bar is full, But The speed of internet is equal to 2g speed of internet. I suggest you that #jio is more better than #vi

    Please @ViCustomerCare I don’t want your weekend roll over data.. please stop it becoz you give roll over data but internet never works on weekends if the problem persists I will be forced to port my number..

    @ViCustomerCare Roaming charges are high at where he is. He says he was using the app to recharge his account and keep his number active But got logged out yesterday. Ever since then he's facing the OTP issue.
