    @DoT_India please help me @ViCustomerCare is harassing me since last 3yrs for non payment by some Voda customer whom I don’t even know!!! I am getting tortured, getting threatening messages. I have followed up n times, and they promise each time not to repeat it, but continue.

    @ViCustomerCare You are loosing your customers by increasing plan charges. The signal services is very bad in most of the locations. Then how can you hike your sales and service.think before increase anything. I'm moving to jio.
