    @ViCustomerCare Cheap business practice to retain customer!! Store people are not changing post to pre. And why there is no pro-rata policy in favor of customer, but for Vodafone only? Why would customer pay for days wherein mobile service was not there???#Vodafone #vodafoneidea

    Last week late evening, I felt so unsafe for not being able to connect to my parents immediately during emergency. We love what our country is doing, really dont want these messages playing for so long. @ViCustomerCare Please remove Covid IVR #SafetyFirst
