    @ViCustomerCare I had tried for a new postpaid connection in one of the highest plans to join vi family. But for the past 2 days I was getting multiple calls, but there wasn't no one who could speak in English. Is this the case with vi? Can smone from yur team help? #vi

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare what's that..Since last 4 days totally unable to access Vi Movies & Tv app,had already complaint mny tyms for slow speed..Only youtube runs..Able to access with wifi,hotspot of other network, resolve issue,thak gya *** Vi no. 9234000625

    @ViCustomerCare There is a very poor network, have been troubled since this morning, neither the call is being received, the call is being made, then the interconnection,Every time the call is getting disconnected and the voice is getting cracking. My no.9044383966

    @ViCustomerCare hello! My mom and dad back in Kolkata are both VI users. Yet, my dad's call drops multiple times but the same doesn't happen with my mom. Is this a sim card issue? Tried changing phones, but to no avail. Please assist.

    @ViCustomerCare You dacoits looted thr balance from 9564388481 by the name of VAS without any permission and now the customer care executive told I can't get any refund. This is my father's phone and he is in a hospital. You are looting us during Covid Pandameic.

    @ViCustomerCare What's wrong with you people?Yesterday i was promised..it's been resolved permanently..Again today for d last 17hrs my volte services have stopped working..Bcz of that i'm unable to recieve calls & use uninterrupted internet..Will port out tomorrow to othr network
