    The only 5G I see on @ViCustomerCare is the sign on the network 🛜 bar. Rest it's 1G International Roaming is a Scam, the network is so bad I can't even call customer care to complain.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vi, there’s no network in my area today and it’s really frustrating. I haven’t been able to make calls or use the internet. Please fix this as soon as possible—it’s causing a lot of inconvenience

    @ViCustomerCare And the best part is you mostly have the 5G coverage in Mumbai. Tell me something how does customer experiencing 5g and other have to bear only with 4g pay 499 equally seems fair?

    @ViCustomerCare You guys dont have proper coverage & when raised porting request. Your retention manager speaks & blames the mobile. Even after holding an iPhone he still blames handset & after sometime he does not even inform the customer & hangs the calls & leaves rudely. Your end is very near

    @JioCare @ViCustomerCare How jio motivates me to leave phone is highly appreciable by shutting the internet completely down no instagram no YouTube is able to run a bit and they are not ready to help, they asked for my complete address in DM days ago(previous complaint) and 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare How exactly are you trying to help ? Sending scripted messages to me is not helping. Make my phones work that is helping. Improve your Network. I don't want 5G give me 2G so I can use my phone .
