    @ViCustomerCare you have promptly charged the money for International roaming,but the calls to India were neither working from Dubai nor from UK.What is the point of the Roaming service and charging the customer if you cant even provide basic calling service abroad ?

    @ViCustomerCare vi app doesn't update email id. Everytime OTP is filled in, it says "it is already updated" but the email has not been updated. Pl help.

    I am a customer of Idea for the last 11 years and all this is happening with me, so I would say that stay away from VI sim and do not fall in the trap of their attractive plans @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Is this is the only way to get a call from u?? Lodged a complaint on 31st Jan'22, till date the issue is unsolved and U are saying the same thing "SORRY". Don't need this, need proper service as we pay for it.

    @ViCustomerCare I've been loyal to you since many years despite facing a hell lot of issues but now I think it's time to port , your network here is pathetic, I've to wait for hours even for a whatsapp message to get delivered, we've 0 network here since yesterday.
