    @ViCustomerCare SR 3116675309760; 2 days since I last had network after placing COCP to COIP request. Issues faced - a) despite NOC & guarantee by Co, VI insists on Co clearing pendancy b) 15+ days TAT crossed c) no network on both old/new sims d) 5 visits 2 store yet no help.

    @ViCustomerCare why there is no service validity with data pack.give a option of no calls and only data or keep a validity recharge amount no calls no data.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone is handing out SIMs without any verification and changing the ownership while asking us to port the number. Horrible service. This company should shut down.
