    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic cheating by Vodafone customer care executives. Wife wanted to port. Executive called and said they are migrating her to new plan with lower rental. This plan never existed. Just to retain customers @ViCustomerCare is fooling us

    @ViCustomerCare False promises being made by your retention team to prevent me from porting out of Vodafone. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , your 4g network is unstable in my area. You should increase your service level also not only tariffs.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Neesha, the root cause of the issue should be identified. The issue is who activated this VAS and what measures are you taking to prevent this from happening in future.
