    @ViCustomerCare Really frustrating-pathetic experience from your side. Unable to use mobile data seamlessly. It fluctuating 4G-3G time to time. It's 2023 and everyone trying to build their 5G network but Vi still in 3G. Port-in done ✓ 😮‍💨

    @7ashwanikaushik @ViCustomerCare They will not resolve this problem. Better to move on because they just drag the matter till you get frustrated. Same with me as well. Please spread the awareness

    @ViCustomerCare very disappointed with the International roaming services in USA. Activated a weekly pack for past 4 days its only EDGE network in data. Even after number of complaints escalation its still same story " technical team is working on it ". Pissed off with services.

    @ViCustomerCare What a service sir almost 2 days not able to receive sms while travelling overseas on my phone no solution for it. I think good time to port from idea

    @ViCustomerCare No signal or one signal in my screen, unable to catch customer care, if I find 4G signal, it’s always on buffering mode

    @ViCustomerCare why have you stopped otp sms and without any information. I am not able to login to any bank accounts due to your service. I have recharged my phone twice and your employees don't have any clue about this. This is actual harrasment and @TRAI is supporting it?
