@ViCustomerCare 9019151449 No volte hence unable to make calls last 2 weeks. New SIM 4G bought from Vodafone store yesterday. I am having a Samsung M30. Other network carriers Volte working perfect in my phone. Its pathetic.

@ViCustomerCare The network status of vi in our region is very bad. I am unable to use internet. It has been done before, even after filing a complaint in costumer care, no action has been taken, he is not ready to believe that there is a problem in his network.
