    @ViCustomerCare has started functioning like a government department. It feels as though many of its employees believe that whether they provide service or not, their salary will arrive anyway. That’s exactly why people hesitate to join the Vi family.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, port request for my father from @airtelindia to VI is missing. SIM delivered on 20 Jul, ₹854 paid. On 21 Jul, your rep asked us to cancel and promised activation in 3 days. Customer care now says no port request exists. Please resolve urgently. Thank you

    @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.

    @ViCustomerCare Unexpectedly received a call from Amit (Vi)He assured me that my network issue would be resolved very soon. So, I'll recharge my number for one more month & see whether the problem is fixed.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare This is my final request. Despite recharging with a 1-year plan, I'm still unable to receive incoming calls. I have raised multiple complaints yet no effective solution has been provided. Your team first promised resolution by 19th July still it isn't resolved!!
