Hii! @ViCustomerCare My network is really poor... Neither am I able to call anybody nor use the internet... Whenever you switch on data signal bars jst disappear and there is a cross on it...calls don't connect..if it gets connected the call just drops after few seconds.

One of worst customer care support from @ViCustomerCare . I already made 2 complaint on 12th jul n 16 jul and call today also but no response from your team . They transfer my call to senior officials but they can’t pic my call #SpeedSeBadho @ViBusinessIndia @VodaIdea_NEWS

@Airtel_Presence beats @ViCustomerCare on Twitter, by leaps and bounds. I have rarely seen a complaint for Airtel going unanswered on Twitter. Vi, on the other hand, is least bothered. Dont go by the customer base. Measure the two competitors by their engagement and TAT.
