    @ViCustomerCare Thanks . I connected with Ms. Aarushi Chakrwarty from Sanjay place, Agra store and she promised me to provide with a SR yesterday but there is no response until now. I called her today as well. 9719018573 is the number she is reachable on. Please help. Its been 2 years now.
