@ViCustomerCare Iam disappointed that I even chose your service now.The worst and slowest network provider in India. Am going to port to any other network ASAP. This is just a waste of money.

@ViCustomerCare i didn't say anything when you turned off the internet everyday after 10pm. I didn't say anything when there's no network coverage for half of the day. I didn't say anything when OTPs came after 5 min. Now that OTPs have stopped arriving, it's time to kick you out

@ViCustomerCare Hi Bhagyashree This is not yet sorted now that people have started ignoring calls which is more ridiculous I want your seniors to look into this if it is not in your control because I have wasted 5 months just to change the ownership of a number. very bad customer experience 😡

@ViCustomerCare experiencing very slow network speed in my locality. - new civil lines bharatpur ( rajasthan). Network auto switches from Vi 4G volte to 3G and sometimes 3G to 2G. Its ground floor and other data networks are working well except Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Thank you Karishma for your help. The issue is now resolved. I wish the solution were implemented earlier. Request you to arrange for necessary education for the customer service team so that they provide proper resolution to our issues and help save time and effort for everyone.
