The worst of the worst internet service provider @ViCustomerCare . I bought VI internet plan. But in the time of 4G it is giving me speed of 2G, what the hell. I have online classes and many things which I am unable to do due to this network. #vinetscam

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Unable to get 4g signals from past 2 weeks , registered complaint on vi app .no solution till now already switched my 2 sim to airtel 1 more is left ...hope u guys fix this or i am porting this too ..

@ViCustomerCare Hi vodafone It has been more than a week, whenever there is a powercut in our area, my vodafone 4G network drops to 2G . And it remains in 2G until the power comes back. After that i have to restart my phone to get 4G network

@ViCustomerCare I have been facing slow internet and poor signal prblm nd raised complain in vi. nothing happ. when i reached out to cust care they told they can't do anything about it and when I asked that 700 which I recheg will go to waste, they hung up on me. great way to keep the customer
