    What is wrong with your network @ViCustomerCare Today from 3 pm your network is totaly down in my are (pincode 854109) not a single vi sim is working in 20 km radius in my area in any device . Yesterday i have faces same problem why this is happening again & again do something

    This is worst telecom system in India. There month finish on 13 month's. #idea @rmstakkar @VI_news @ViCustomerCare . 3ven after recharge unable to call. Esa hi hota he agar desh business ke hatho me jaye to.

    Vi suspended my postpaid number 9644737353 (C.G) no network show SIM card . Prepaid to postpaid converted. Call 9826012345 he unable to reactive my number. Vi store 100km in 491337 location please activate number in online verification process.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare this is very absurd and gobsmacking,since i already explained my grievance to the CCE on call, still there hasn’t been any remedy/ solution provided to me,after being promised. I urge everyone to stop using vodafone as they fraud people recklessly

    @ViCustomerCare If you don't have network, then how you will get through.... Please provide 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi. Then you try calling us. If you ask alternate number then, what is the use of your network.
