    @ViCustomerCare I thought to change my Airtel number to VI. For the same reason, I have been trying your toll-free number for the last 2 days to know the process, but it's in vain. Now I think my decision is wrong. Your service is not good. Thank you

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare , I want my refund, don't tell me all these stories please.. There is no network my sim since last one month. Refund the amount 1799/- Rs. which I paid as last recharge.....

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been trying to know info on moving my phone to prepaid & ur customer care is just not providing it. Am I not in my rights to opt for prepaid? They are asking me to visit your store? In that case I would rather move to another service provider.

    Does anyone know if @ViCustomerCare has plans for senior citizens. My mother is being harassed by some guy trying to sell her vimax plans VI must provide decent network in Kanjurmarg where they have not had decent network signal for more than 5 months rather than harass

    @ViCustomerCare Once again your information shared in the DM is not related to my query.😡 My query is, if I keep my phone in flight mode will there be a problem in renewing daily data pack ? If you have a proper response then give, otherwise don't irritate by nonsense irrelevant response.
