    @ViCustomerCare Who is the agent who called me just now? What is his name and employee ID? Do they not go through basic training and manners on how to represent a company and how to talk to people and elders? It baffles me that such agents are getting a job only to treat their customers rudely

    @ViCustomerCare Our network problem hasn't been resolved, why? Many times we have to change the network from 3g to 4g and 4g to 3g, then for some time the internet works well, while the network is full, the 4g/VoLTE signal also comes Couldn't get in touch with you a few days ago.
