    Hi @ViCustomerCare I am using the @vodafone connection formally idea for more than 10 years. Faced problems but got resolved. I was outside the country for some years and recently came back, now I am realising that idea services are worst in India with bots operated CC.

    @ViCustomerCare Complaint No Sr. No. 4-141376448522, (A) Request Vi to get a better landline which your customer care rep calls as the line is unclear and keeps dropping while call is in progress, (B) what happened to my complaint? Can your Sr person call me?
