  @ViCustomerCare And its the technical problem in your software... As the Network strength is good in my area, whenever i reconnect to network it works fine for 10 to 15sec. then stop working...

  @TRAI how fair is for @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare to force customer to migrate from prepaid to postpaid on context of KYC. We can support all documents and verification for KYC. Just not me another customer with old prepaid card was enforced too for his lost card.
