@ViCustomerCare Don't have an alternate contact number. Now Vi must understand that if Vi is not able to contact me on my number due to network problem. How much problem, I must be facing in my day to day usage. But again, Vi doesn't care.

@ViCustomerCare Your services are worst at Anchha, Daudnagar, Aurgababad, Bihar. There is no network coverage. And Vi tower is just 300m away. They starts it for only 2-3 hours daily. Otherwise whole day we are not getting network. #NoNetworkCoverage

@airtelindia is the worst Telecomm service ever... Airtel need 79/mon of min bal.. changed from 49-79.. on top of that we cant even send sms with this recharge.. we need recharge seperate plan for sms... @Airtel_Presence Sucks.. Switching to @ViCustomerCare any offers?
