    @DoT_India Respected Sir/Mam, I had already intimated the weak coverage issue to @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn many times from April 2020 to till now. But they are not interested in resolving issues in #kuruvankottai but they ask us to pay money monthly. But why?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, Nothing is happening on conveying. You need to have a basic sense to resolve the issue. How many service requests you will raise and repeat the same drama dialogues “we are checking”. Vi simply taking money and not providing service.

    @ViCustomerCare Your call service is not good, since this morning no one is getting calls, this problem is coming to everyone, they talked about your costomer care, they said that it will take two to three hours to recover, please fix the problem as soon as your network is poor😡

    No Network in my area indoor/outdoor both not available same on you Guy's. Why you're not developing a new tower here or do something else to provide a good network. Daily we need to go outside our home's to make a singal call or we need to climb on roofs. Why? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer loss is high only because network problem in many circles. So to reduce Customer loss invest more in network . Refarming 3g spectrum fast is necessary. Circle managed by idea is very slow in solving network complaints.
