@ViCustomerCare service request raised on 21st July. #3-117783922281. Not resolved till date. U keep charging late payment fees every month, despite payment via standing instruction. Latest bill just thievery. Want to port out after 17 yrs. Pathetic.

@ViCustomerCare Why have you kept the customer service at all? All the time they are saying "Your problem will be solved". I have been trying to contact the customer service for a long time. Sometimes they end the call without even saying anything before I complete my complaint.

@ViCustomerCare Worst network on call and internet service!! I have many times complained but they said everytime yes sir we have checked your issue n resolve in 72 hrs !! But no benefit here except to waste time 🙃🙃 Tell me what you are talking money for

Hi @ViCustomerCare , I changed my mobile to Google Pixel. Pixel mobile has Esim facility. I using Your Vodafone prepaid SIM. I am unable to activate ESIM. #WORST #badexperience 1.Not user Convenient 2. It's forced to switch Postpaid method (I changing mobile operator)😡😡🤬

@ViCustomerCare I have changed my plan prepaid to postpaid. As per @TRAI guidelines no KYC needed. But my account suspended due to KYC without any notice. I want to get out of VI network but customer care said 90 days lock-in. Is this fair?
