@ViCustomerCare There's no to zero network in the area of Mandi estate RWA nearby Janki Max Hospital or Shiv Mandir, South Delhi - 110047. Install ur towers in the area to improve your network, otherwise, will have to port again. Voice always break whenever there's call..

@ViCustomerCare VI network is pathetic in the Mandi Estate RWA nearby Janki Max Hospital or Shiv Mandir. Kindly install ur towers on Nand Apartments at Mandi Estate RWA. As I've recently port my sim to Vodafone Idea, but alas there's no improvement in the VI network.

@ViCustomerCare This is what we call worst service sim booked on 3-11-2021, no delivery till 6/11/2021.Tomorrow being Sunday stores will be closed. This shows lack of customer service commitment and delight.

@ViCustomerCare Why I am getting 2G services only in Pune, Mumbai and Ahmedabad most of the time? Does this the new state of Technology? I thought it must be a location specific, but it is across location on all Vi numbers I am holding. Improve Network or I will port out.

@ViCustomerCare - I have ported my number to another operator and have an outstanding payment of 133₹ 1. Payment via your website as inactive number is not working 2. Visited a VI store but they refused to take payment 3. Your customer service was of no help So,How do I pay ?

From last 20days I've been raising complaints about network and placed many complaints but still my network is 2 drops. I recharge 100gb work from home plan but can't use it because of your poor and worst network. Its 2 drops inside and 3 drops outside. @ViCustomerCare
