    @ViCustomerCare I called 198 today to register a complaint. Your rep answered the call, asked my concern and then he slept after putting my call on a loooooooong HOLD, then few mins later he hung up. Is that's how you treat your postpaid customers?

    @ViCustomerCare what the worst kind of service you're providing. I am facing issues of call drop on several numbers. Whenever i try to call the call drops and always shows as "Line Busy" and this situation is only happening with Vi. Kindly address this issue else I'll leave Vi.
