@amit12nig96 @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare If you're using Android, changing APN might help a bit, obviously only if network in your area is not totally toasted. Change apn www to iphone Change IPV4/IPV6 to IPV4 only.

@ViCustomerCare Why your server is always down? I face this server down problem weekly. Means every week I face this pathetic problem. Other operators apologies and gives Bonus data if this happens.But not you If to is going on like this I will definitely port to other operator.

@saumitrashukla @ViCustomerCare During Amphan I had connectivity issues, so wanted to change from poatpaid to prepaid, and the customer care said the process can only be done offline so I put the request to discontinue the Vi number altogether even though my business contacts had it.

@ViCustomerCare had said me rudely to port out from their network. Becaus they said they will never stop sending promotional sms. And I got a call from VI customer care. He was too rude and shouting at me and said in a ride way to port out from their network to stop those msgs.
