    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I am facing an issue while dialing a bsnl number. After dialing, no ringback tone comes during waiting to get answer of call from other party. Because of this, i am unable to understand whether other party is busy or out of reachable. Please help.

    After several visits to Vodafone idea store, my Mobile number is not activated by the @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS since last 1 month. Even I have write an email to make a complaint, but they have not addresses my concern so far. What type of service you are providing to users.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer retention team called and matched the corporate plan 299 instead of the entertainment 399 when I wanted to port out. Now I see that 299 has been applied only for 6 months? Please honor your commitment or there’s nothing stopping me to port out

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged international roaming for my mom from USA to India but she cannot call any number. Tried all options including using different phones but same issue. I also reached out to Customer Care. They are asking us to wait till ninth of March.
