@ViCustomerCare The worst network in india, Your network isn't stable and drains so much of battery from the phone. It keeps on switching from 4g to 2g while traveling. Your network won't even provide miss call alerts where as other two networks provide them free of cost.

@ViCustomerCare your team is least bothered to deal with customer concern, but don’t forget you all are their because of customer, you are nothing without customers. Now i am preparing legal notice to take action against deficiencies in services and charging full line rental.

@ViCustomerCare what's with the ridiculous upload speeds you're offering, can't even attach files to a mail, after repeated complaints you managed to give zero positive responses. Is there any solution to this, a top-up recharge for uploads over an existing pack?!!

@ViCustomerCare Team, Can u pls look into Priority since 9:45am, after I turned on internet 4G Still it's not searching it's just showing 4g but internet is not working. It's impact my day N work. U want me to switch to other network-? Pls let me knw. Thanks.
