    @ViCustomerCare 1 . hlo Vi , i have opted to port out , ur representatives are calling and threatening me that my calling and data services will be stopped tomorrow if i did not cancel out port request. I wish to inform u that my recharge is valid for 7 more days

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing issue IR Service struggling from last 5 days no one responding ,no solution provided ,VI chat close with any reason Phone customer care cut the phone with out any help why you open customer care my complaint number is #4-141932582864 raised on Dec 26

    @ViCustomerCare Please check your network we are having so bad network problem in UAE . I'm regretting that why I done so expensive recharge of International roaming pack for a month unable to use internet damn slow ! Please check with your partner network

    @ViCustomerCare I request you to allot dis mobile number 9711126003 to me. This no. is not in use for more than aprox one months.I have visited ur store multiple times and have also called on customer care but no positive response.I have also checked on system

    @ViCustomerCare The customer decided to portout from Vi to Airtel network. As your system showed the number has been ported out already. So, have asked the customer to do it in real. When the customer opts to port out its guarantee will receive call from Vi and will post the evidence.
