    Dear @VodafoneIN have been ur customer for 17yrs and will continue to be. Much better coverage and i have tested both Airtel and Jio which failed for me!! So continue to grow and serve telecom in India!!

    And..now I am unable to lodge complaint..neither through the app as it doesn't give me option to lodge complaint, nor through IVR as I can't hear anything.. what's the resolution? @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN The lady from customer service is saying, she registered one more fresh complaint, similar to the last complain made 3 months before. And she said by 2nd August the service may get resume. When I asked her to provide the same what u promising through e-mail she had no answer.

    @im_milan @VodafoneIN @TRAI Exactly from last 6-7 months they keep on repeating the same excuses. We had issues in maintenance of towers!!! Now they had issue bcoz of @Idea merger. Fck they will expand their business with disgusting service and we will pay bills timely with all kind of #Taxes to run them.

    @ViCustomerCare Past 3 months,you are charging me unnecessarily.Customer service is useless.Everytime I raise a complaint,they keep repeating that their system is robust & continuing to charge me for internet usage even though my mobile data has been turned off the entire time.

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtel @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare Internet down since 6AM today. 2 times gave call to customer care. they are saying system is upgrading. Why VI upgrading system in morning peak time, why it cant be done in mid night just like Banking sector.

    @ViCustomerCare My SIM is already updated and working perfectly on 5G with no damage or loss issue. Still, I keep receiving repeated calls from the Nallasopara West ST Depot branch asking me to update the SIM again. Please stop these unnecessary calls. @TRAI
