    @ViCustomerCare VI stands for Daily V- Very I- IRRITATING MESSAGES I am thinking of tagging vodafone world over as and when i receive those unwanted messages that vodafone representative say cannot be stopped as these are service messages .

    @DoT_India @TRAI Respected Sir🙏 We have 8 Vodafone connection (5+years old connections) at our location J-2R,Tagore Park,Kolkata-700039. Last one month we are not getting any data network,now voice network is also worse. Vodafone Kolkata service is very poor. @ViCustomerCare

    @DoT_India Had raised complaint for bad network to @ViCustomerCare on 28Sept'21 & was promised improvements by 28Dec'21. Further was promised by 01Jan'22. False promises as no improvement has been seen. Can you let me know the process for raising an official complaint with you?
