    @ViCustomerCare My number outgoing services are aborted due to non payment of 31Rs only may I know the reason for the same and there was no prior information from your side as well.. pathetic service.. I said I will pay the pill in few days, kindly reactivate my services asap.

    @ViCustomerCare I know my recharge is over and I need to recharge to restart my service. There is no need to tell me this by SMS every 1 hour. You don't feel that you are insulting the customer by doing so. I don't like it.
