@ViCustomerCare Such a worst systems you are using. I disconnected my VI number because of no services and paid all due amount after disconnection by asking to VI customer care. Still i am getting calls from VI to pay the bill amount which is not liable to me. @BandBajaateRaho

@ViCustomerCare You can get in touch with me. But the issue is not yet resolved. At the store I was told on 15 Mar that I will lose network on the old SIM within 2-3 days and can then use the new SIM. That has still not happened. What is the hold-up? Why wasn't this cleared at the store itself?
