    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

    @ViCustomerCare @IncTomatoe82831 Unfortunately, the response I received was disappointing and the way the matter was handled was quite unsatisfactory. I request you to review this incident and ensure that customers are treated fairly and in accordance with the applicable guidelines

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve
