So #Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare won't allow customers to call on any 10 Digit Helpline Numbers including Phone Banking, if they are on Unlimited Calls and Data Pack/plan. However there are no issues with @airtelindia and @_reliancejio That's why Vodafone is losing in India

@ViCustomerCare There is not at all coordination between teams. Nobody knows what is happening. Everybody is just paid to say we are looking into it. How can complaint be resolved without proper resolution comment? This is basic of customer support.

Worst experience from vi network. l port my sim into vi. After 2 days my sim start working but my outgoing and incoming services are not activated. Also i can't able to use data services. Their customer care representative also not providing satisfactory response.@ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare is pretty horrible. Have paid all outstanding but am hounded and threatened daily for random new charges. This is absolute harassment. Tried to call their team and complain as well but they keep deflecting. @TRAI
