Hitesh Bajaj (@bajajhiteshster) reported@ViCustomerCare This is a serious issue. I’m suddenly unable to receive important SMS/OTPs in the UK due to a Vi International Roaming policy change that apparently went live on 20 Aug. How can customers be expected to recharge when even banking OTPs and other critical SMS

சந்தோஷ் மகிழன் (@Santhosh_Magizh) reportedI've been using mobile networks in India since 2007, and in all these years, I have never experienced service this bad. I’ve used different network providers over the years, but the level of poor connectivity, inconsistent service, and lack of reliability I'm experiencing now is honestly frustrating. Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. This is, without a doubt, the worst mobile network service I have ever experienced in nearly two decades of using mobile networks. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

SAM SOVERIGN (@SamSoverign) reported@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Ahmed, you want the number deleted from your timeline so the complaint disappears. But you’re fine with +918691859317 harassing people with marketing calls? Hypocrisy at its peak. Disconnect the number instead of hiding the proof.
