@ViCustomerCare pathetic service by vodafone unable to send msg or receive it despite calling customer care. What sort of scam u guys are running tactics to avoid people porting to other operators by blocking outgoing messages?
@DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw For last 2 years I am constantly making complaint to @ViCustomerCare .they are saying they know the issue but wasting my time and money and not giving the resolution and closing the SR . They knew new site is required but they are solving it do needful
I got a VI sim in emergency. Linked it to my bank account, it's not even a week and the sim card gets disabled. No network and @ViCustomerCare is not even replying to DMs or tweets.
Is this how you treat your old customers ? This is unreal. This number has been with me for more than Ten years now, so you can understand it's importance for me. Please look into this matter asap. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I've shared my mobile number via DM. I'm also wondering, if Vi personnel cannot track the status of service numbers; what's the point in providing them to people like me? May I interpret 'service request tracking' as an eyewash mechanism?
