  @ViCustomerCare Pathetic Customer service. Ever experienced.. Vodafone call centre does not have a manners to speak to a customer. Payment updation turnaround time is 72 hours for UPI transaction.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue is not with handset, your network connectivity is very poor in my area, vi network goes if electricity is not present. Please look into the issue.

  Im not happy with response given by agent @ViCustomerCare. She didn't listen mine but repeated her words. Should complaint to trai. Worst service. Going to port out from vi and switch to @BSNL_BR. Bye bye vi......
