    @ViCustomerCare why on earth do you think its okay to call up my father to take the feedback on the service on my Vodafone number? He received 8 calls since morning. You know what, let me give you the feedback. After using Vodafone for 12 years I am glad I am switching.

    @ViCustomerCare Just to restore the outgoing service, I have to pay INR 100 or more, where it is not required. I had already paid INR 50 but that goes wasted. VI app does not provide a customized recommendation and there is no help provided by the customer service executives. Bad experience.

    @ViCustomerCare this company having fake service. Complete No network either 2G/3G/4G at my place. Complaint many times, but no resolution. Management is useless who don't even bother about it. Don't use @VodafoneGroup service they only suck money of customer.

    Very 3rd class service provider @ViCustomerCare am log last 5 month complaint issue is network very poor and triff change but till date resolved my issue and send every month bill @rmstakkar kindly provide reason why pay bills with using no last 1 months 1/1

    Well even after lots and lots of complaints upto Nodel officer Gujarat @ViCustomerCare Dosen't seems in mood to serve its customers. Very poor Internet and call connectivity. Zero coverage of 4G. Can't even call properly since last 3+ years. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY please look this.

    @ViCustomerCare YOUR AGENT WAS UNABLE TO HEAR ANYTHING PROPERLY YOU SUPERVISOR WAS NOT AUDIBLE PROPERLY BUT SAID HE CAN HEAR ME CLEARLY AND AT LAST THEY SAY "HUMARI SIDE TO SAB THIK HAI AAPKE NETWORK MEIN KHARABI HOGI" that too on one call WOW !! PATHETIC
