In 2018, Vodafone and Idea got together to become the largest telco in India with a subscriber base of 408 million. By Sep 2021, this plummeted to 253 million. Pathetic customer service & platform. Thanks for the numbers @finshots! @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare very bad network, not able to use 4g since morning ,very sluggish speed , have complained many times.still no resolution, just keep increasing prices but not your services , i am fed up now , i have finally decided to port out, @reliancejio here i come back to you

@ViCustomerCare in continuation to my above tweet... whatever damage will be done to me financially, Vi will be responsible as I am not getting OTP from none of the bank. Again I called your customer care team, and again they need 48 hrs to close this issue.

@ViCustomerCare pathetic service... called no. of times for my SMS issue but only get assurance. My no. is 7800403726 I am not getting any msg nor I can send, Vi is a quite poor impaired unsound telecom company that they cant fix a small issue

@ViCustomerCare Hello Priya My issue is still not resolved, I am not getting sms nor can send to anyone. As I am not getting sms from anyone like bank, apps or other sources, whatever damage will be done in regards to commercially Vi will be responsible. I have to go legal now
