@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I too faced this problem several times. I completed ported all my vodafone numbers to Airtel. Even after deactivating mobile number, they'll send you monthly bills with fine for fine. This is not new with Vodafone. I've never faced such issue with other telecom providers.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare is the worst of the lot.... I am abroad & facing an data issue for the past 6 days & raised complaint thrice but was of no use. Out of the blue I got a text saying my complaint has been resolved !!! Which was a total BS.

@sanjeevsanyal In my place @ViCustomerCare network quality worsened too much, they never bothered to improve. And there was a mass exodus to Airtel and reliance. Seems its a pact between Vi management and rest, they want to destroy the company.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI They repeatedly called me and asked me to change to some RedX plan and assured me that I don’t have to pay more than 1000 RS at any cost. Every month they are charging to 1300. Horrible service and horrible provider.
