    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to use Data on one of my VI prepaid numbers despite getting the network and data pack being recharged. I have raised a complaint and the ETA shows 07-Mar-23. This is very poor service. I am working from home and my work is impacted because of this.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare. I have been facing issues with my international roaming for a month and after many talks with the customer care rep. they have been unprofessional and unhelpful. This callous attitude is not acceptable and should be dealt with seriously.<BHR-V01194858532>

    @ViCustomerCare poor experience from VI Took a new postpaid sim today, its been more than 5 hours. Even after 5 hours I cannot activate my sim.. Looking forward for earlier resolution

    @ViCustomerCare do you not allow using VI sim on dongle/data card, I am bought a data card for laptop other sim is working by VI is not allowing data, I can still receive SMS but data connection is not working!

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I'm not able to make calls and sms with my Vi network and not receiving any also. It is showing emergency call only since 24days and it's really disturbing for me because its my permanent number.

    @ViCustomerCare This is very disgusting to see that you can not provide network in Delhi. I ported it out however it's looking hell kind of services from voda idea. This is only the reason you are about to gone.
