@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup You guys don't have work or not. In a day, I receive atleast 38 to 40 calls from Customer care. This means you all r harassing ur customers. If this continues. I hv to close this Vodafone Sim. So, harassing co.

@ViCustomerCare I took family plan for 5 numbers. My numbers did not get calling, data or any services for 1 month (i.e. 16th Jan to 16th Feb). But I am still asked to pay. With no outgoing sms/call or data for this 1 month period!! Please resolve this issue.

@ViCustomerCare I raised complaint through Vi app..regarding network issue that unable to make calls. Received a msg stating that issue will be resolved within 24hr, now it is more than that still same issue i m facing. None of ur executive call for same.
