I understand that sms would be blocked for 24 hrs for security reasons and now after waiting for 24 hrs, your customer care tells me it would be barred for 1 more day and no reason given! We rely on OTPs!!!

If fiber connected at a cell site can provide max. 500 Mbps only then we can't expect more than that. In other areas I have found speed between 300-450 Mbps only as fiber backhaul is less on that sites. Maybe same issue near you

As of now concentrate more on 4G!!

Harnam Bhullar (@harnam_bhullarr) reported@msrbpl @ViCustomerCare Inside my home, I get 200-250 Mbps at one point, 450-500 at other and more than 800 in another room which is in direction of tower. All depends of direction of phone and antenna from tower. Inside our home there are 100 of things that can obstruct signal.

Harnam Bhullar (@harnam_bhullarr) reported@msrbpl @ViCustomerCare The screenshot you posted clearly shows you tested Jio 5G on N28 i.e 700 MHz band and signal is -104dBm which tells you are far from tower. With this band you can get good indoor coverage but speed is max. 60-75 Mbps without any congestion/near tower. Try it with Band N78 band.
