  @ViCustomerCare I love the internet facility of VI. In order to open the VI App to pay my bill, I have to switch my internet data to JIO. That's how amazing VI internet it. Why don't you register yourself as the worst internet service provider?

  @ViCustomerCare customer care support agents are too rude.. I’ve just reached out on 199 and its of no use, just disconnected my call saying to call me back after 4hrs. Vi signals are too poor and pathetic service. I’m a postpaid and prepaid customer of Vi and service is ****!

  I am vi customer and using galaxy M21 mobile and supported 4G volte. But vi sim card not supported 4G volte for my phone. Please unlock my device to support 4G vote.@ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Bad service provided by you. Instead of solving my complaint, my call was not handled properly. I didn't even activate any VAS pack and got irrelevant packs activated with charges or else have the option of portability.
