    Hi @ViCustomerCare I recharged my number for 379rs and the plan is not yet active.. i called customer care and it says all lines are busy and asks me to call 121 which is not toll free and obviously i cant call this as my plan is not yet active.. This is terrible!!

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS It's been 3 days since I raised a complaint regarding 'ZERO INTERNET NETWORK' on my duly paid postpaid plan. Yet they have neither got in touch with me nor did they resolve the issue. Imma go & cancel all VI connections in my family. Pathetic CCare
