    @ViCustomerCare Somehow I was able to click the link sent. It opened VI help page where it says that there are no complaints to track!!

    If the pack is coming to expire,it doesn't mean to stop the internet services a day before . Pathetic. I don't have time to port to other network , otherwise i would have changed my network way back. Even though I'm sitting on the top floor still I'm unable to . @ViCustomerCare

    UPC is not getting generated on my Vi number 9259180168.I contacted your customer care and Vi office of my city for my problem but my problem could not be resolved.Your customer care says to contact Vi office in your city & when I go to Vi office,they say talk to @ViCustomerCare.
