Complaints: 10th Feb - 4-111836765733 26th March- 4-114439961850 1st May- 4-116276196391 After raising multiple complaints aren't you supposed to reach out to the customer if the issue is resolved or not @ViCustomerCare,just like you follow up in case of bill payments.

@ViCustomerCare Neither I can make call nor can send messages even though having postpaid connect. Now, feeling guilty to switch to your network however 90 Days countdown also started to switch back to my previous service provider.
