Someone should explain to these dimwits at @ViCustomerCare that if i recharge my number what is the need of the balance which i have. But according to them i can only use the balance after i recharge my sim. They say the service validity which i have is only for calls and data.

@ViCustomerCare Requested to please not hinder my porting number to Airtel. No offers required as Services DO NOT Exist in LADAKH. Dues will be cleared. If advance is required please intimate amount. Spoiling years of relationship with Vi won’t help returning back later.

Why should i recharge my #Vi number for a minimum of 20 days when i want to port the sim to some other service provider. I have some main account balance which i should be able to use irrespective of any recharge but @ViCustomerCare says i will have to recharge to use the balance

@ViCustomerCare Vi roaming didn't work in Singapore despite paying u guys close to 1000 rs..I tried everything by contacting ur agent.. manual selection of network. selecting 4g/ voLTE..power recycling etc.clearly Vi did fraud with me. Airtel connection of my wife worked as soon as plane landed

Extremely disappointed with @ViCustomerCare. A Vodafone SIM stopped working suddenly, and even after trying in 2–3 phones, it doesn’t work. Customer care advised to visit a store, pay ₹60 , and spend 1–2 hours for eKYC & SIM exchange. Why should customers lose valuable work hours for an issue caused by the operator? No option for doorstep SIM replacement or pickup service is offered. In contrast, @airtelindia provides a smooth, customer-friendly process in such situations. Time for Vodafone to upgrade its service standards.

My sim card has been deactivated without any call or message from me. My vi sim card has been deactivated vi company. 8155962001. reactivate my sim card or else I will file a complaint with telecom authority of India. Against vi company Check inbox message @ViCustomerCare
