    @ViCustomerCare @PhonePe_ Additionally, I tried contacting customer support by calling 199, but there is no clear option to speak with a customer care executive. The IVR only plays automated messages and provides no straightforward way to reach a representative and discuss the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare few days back on 8th July I filed a request mentioning how the internet quality in my locality is very poor and Vi should do something regarding it. But the request's status is now been marked 'possessed' yet the issue still persists.

    @ViCustomerCare Your response acknowledges that there is a coverage issue at my location, yet I continue to be billed the full amount every month. If you are aware that you are unable to provide the promised level of service at my location, charging the full tariff is neither fair nor justified.

    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again
