@ViCustomerCare If you need to link an email address to your customer's account, make an effort to get it from your customer instead of randomly keying in someone else's email. I've been a customer for 10+ years & this has been a constant problem for me.

@ViCustomerCare Every evening there is an issue with internet connection. When called customer care they tell to restart or reinsert the sim, once my network was even connected to Karnataka, and each time they come up with a different change in network setting.

@ViCustomerCare Every Vi customer care representative know only two lines, 1. Can we put your call on hold 2. Hum behad shama chahate hai ki aapko yeh samasya aa rhi hai They only know to put the call on hold and say the second line, they don't know the solution for your issue
