    @ViCustomerCare @AshishUpad47371 No comparison with Jio and Airtel in Network, 5G, call drop Only compare prices which are almost the same for nothing... VI is the worst in terms of providing internet, sometimes it shows E on signal bar which is horrible in the 5G era.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vodafone Team, I am trying to raise a request for delinking, but it is not getting completed. Every time I raise the request, it gets closed automatically, but the issue is still not resolved. Please look into this and help me get it fixed. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare The customer is complaining that the recharge plan shown is different from the one that is actually activated. I need an immediate solution to this, otherwise I will raise my voice against this issue.The plan advertised for ₹299

    @ViCustomerCare But when there is an E on the signal bar how could anyone stream anything. 5G also for name only, 1st cover 4G in Delhi. I can't see any improvement before and after merger of Idea and Vodafone. It was (NETWORK) third class then and third class now.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Vi’s own SMS confirms Voter ID is accepted for re-verification, yet the Khuba Complex store claims their system has no option for it. I DM’d a week ago with zero response. How can Vi issue official instructions that its own stores cannot follow? #KYC #CustomerRights

    @ViCustomerCare I have a simple complaint to stop calling the customer multiple time on the same day to sale the same scheme. I failed to understand why such a big company can’t resolve a small issue. If my issue is not resolved then you will loose a valuable customer of 20 years
