    @ViCustomerCare has the worst billing and payment reconciliation system ever. First they chase for a payment for which they never sent a bill, then they keep chasing for weeks after the payment has been made. Because their stupid systems don’t talk to each other. Absolute fail.

    @ViCustomerCare what kind of service you give ? You promised it will be resolved by 5 March 5 PM and it's surpassed but still internet is too slow and not working properly.. my work is pending due to that.. would you compensate for this since the problem is there since one week ?

    @ViCustomerCare Every thing is problem with vi network. Is vi app is working properly ? The answer is no . Coming to the network , worst network in entire India.

    @ajaybansal47 @ViCustomerCare Yes dude, at first there was just problem with network. Now, I had problem with heavy rates they charge. I can't use my main balance, even if it's 100rs. Unless I recharge 129rs.sms pack.
