@ViCustomerCare as it is so tough to talk customer care: did a topup of Rs 500. There was only one deduction of VAS Rs 128 and no deduction for call/sms/data. How is suddenly my balance become Rs 17.29? Not sure who needs school again. Or a simply a dacoit inside my account?

@sputnikvaccine Hello Vi, I have requested to you for sim exchange for 9929360292. But still didn't not exchange it. I am calling to vi customer care last 28-08-2021 to 30-08-2021 and goon 3 days but still no response. Every one guys not respond properly. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

@ViCustomerCare I have been complaining since so many days regarding the signal issues,due to which there are frequent call drops, slow Internet speed . Can someone responsible from Vodafone Idea inform us why this is happening. It’s a disgrace for you to claim the best network!

@ViCustomerCare Team, at-least open up your closed networks for your own bill payments via netbanking so we can receive OTP. WHAT A SHAME! Of-course we can use other payment modes and that may be your solution to this problem..
