@VodafoneIN #Vodafone I am a Vodafone user. Vodafone activated Caller Tune without asking me on my number. When I am calling the customer care number 198 and 199 , the call is getting autocut. My status is getting spoiled by the people who have applied Caller Tune

@ViCustomerCare hey, wtf happening on your network tried recharging for My Vi other apps showing there is a network outage and I tried Vi for recharge, it shows that recharge is successful but now it was showing like there's no any active plan ive done recharge for ₹699/-

@ViCustomerCare , recharge of 399 did not credit for vodafone number. Money was deducted, recharge not done. Pls look into asap. Called customer service, asked to wait for hours repeatedly. Still no update.
