    @_ayee_Mohabbat @VodafoneIN @Vodafone is best cellular network in many countries but in India this is the worst cellular network, you know one thing i also had one Vodafone Sim but it's down from more than 15 days, there is not a single network in it.

    I am not receiving any OTP on my vodafone number @VodafoneIN ! Plus I missed receiving exam application download sms due to blocking of incoming calls and sms! Worst case of ignorance. Pathetic service @VodafoneIN !

    @VodafoneIN #Vodafone I am a Vodafone user. Vodafone activated Caller Tune without asking me on my number. When I am calling the customer care number 198 and 199 , the call is getting autocut. My status is getting spoiled by the people who have applied Caller Tune

    @ViCustomerCare what happen man, don't you wanna give service for the amount that I am paying? The internet is struggling for the past few days. Multiple complaints have been raised via VI app but of no use. I think jio is getting better reception in my locality

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely bad service First I paid a bill of 146 then the bill amount was increased to 296 After that I received a phone bill of 1367 I can't believe this amount extremely poor service and completely unacceptable Very disappointing experience @akshayamoondra worst

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, I recharged with a ₹145 data pack, but you blocked it and hid it from my app dashboard because my validity expired. I have officially filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (Docket Number: 9522931). Unlock my data or refund my money immediately!
