@VodafoneIN #Vodafone I am a Vodafone user. Vodafone activated Caller Tune without asking me on my number. When I am calling the customer care number 198 and 199 , the call is getting autocut. My status is getting spoiled by the people who have applied Caller Tune

@ViCustomerCare International Roaming not activated. Customer care helpless, couldn't resolve issue. Gave a resolution time of 6 days. Wife not able to make/receive calls. Please refund international roaming pack and recharge amount.

@ViCustomerCare Sorry to say i was a postpaid customer and ported it but the refund chque is still didn't reached me even after 80 days,I got a mail of cheque dispatched before many months even the address is same.Very shameful. An irresponsible mobile network company#

@ViCustomerCare It's really ridiculous after raising a complaint I got a timeline of resolution till 14 febuary but no resolution ...toooooo bad experience with Vi I am expecting some important message on that number but really no body cares
