    @ViCustomerCare So thats the problem. I am not a Vi customer still getting these calls. I am not interested in any communication on phone with Vi. DM'd my number. Hope that will not be used for further spamming.

    @ViCustomerCare Same information mentioned that your network doesn't have any issue. Which is not gonna help me. I had visited Vi-store today and they took sim replacement request and gave a new sim. Let's see if my gets resolved or not.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for responding but such kind of irresponsible attitude is not expcted from such a reputed service provider.Without permission how can such packs are activated. Complaint has already been registered on Vodaphone customer care. Hopefully positive action would b taken.

    @ViCustomerCare First of all I tell you that this is not my personal problem. Our village is in weak network zone.. in home all phones are on no service mode. This is the condition of your network.
