@ViCustomerCare the service quality of Vi is very poor 😢 also I am facing problems with them of bill amount which is totally wrong they charged value added service without any confirmation which amount is 249 and when I discussed with their customer service team they are denied

@ViCustomerCare what is the problem with you guys ?? I have my proper recharge and all but on a random Monday my internet stops working in my room specifically. And I did all the things I could restart , airplane and what not, Still not working. This tweet is done with wifi.

@ViCustomerCare Got a dues notice for number 9420370022, which I’ve never used or owned. Please verify and resolve. I had also emailed customercare in 2023 (cc dgpms.mumbai) about someone using my email for Vodafone messages, so I’m unsure if this notice is genuine or fake.
