    @ViCustomerCare Till now, issue not fixed. what a pathetic service provider Vi is... Can't even fix a SMS issue in 4 days... Lost trust on Vi and will definitely think about porting postpaid numer to another telecom provider... thanks @Vodafone_Ind @VodafoneGroup for your pathetic services...

    @ViCustomerCare Service has still not been restored. Somebody from your end had called on whatsapp and had promised that it will be done in 2 hrs. Still not done! Can you please update the status and estimated time till service restoration? complaint no is 4-121839668336
