    @ViCustomerCare I have been asking you guys from the past 5 days to resolve my internet issue. I just get false promises and without the issue being resolved I get a message saying that my issue is resolved. Pathetic service. Let me know if there is a solution or I shall port.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS mobile internet is very poor here. 0 to 20% all time. Voice call is not audible all the time and crack the voice all the time. Kindly improve the connectivity. location: Velsao,CANSAULIM,Goa pin point location in DM. #epaylater #GuruPurnima

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for having me experience the worst indoor. For the past couple of weeks network drop, calls not connecting, VoLTE not working, I have to disconnect from my wifi network to get a call connected 😑...time to switch I guess

    I recharged with an emergency data pack of 3 GB it's validity is 3days and when I'm calling customer care I'm unable to talk to an agent,I'm unable to use internet please give a solution as soon as possible @ViCustomerCare
