    @ViCustomerCare Got a 1-year recharge, but the network is horrible — especially on weekends. A 90MB video takes over an hour to download. Complained many times. No fix yet. Either solve this now or refund my money. I’ll port if needed. #PoorNetwork #FixItOrRefund

    I have been asking for a problem related to SIM to @ViCustomerCare since last 3 months. The issue had happened in the past 8 months ago last year, and I had to go to India to resolve that issue. How difficult it is for someone staying outside and trying to fix SIM card issues!!

    @ViCustomerCare Vi se call lag jaye vohi bahot hai I own a company provided rajasthan sim it doesn't get connected even rajasthan landline phones when ever call it says network busy and if I call from Airtel or jio it connect instant.
