@DoT_India They are not solving problem i wrote many time to vodafone. Is there any solution where we can complain for vodafone. they are saying from last month our network is updating. But problem is same my mobile have tower but caller saying switch off i changed mobile also @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare Thanks. I do understand what service related messages are. My bank sends me service related messages. Govt. agencies such as RBI and NSDL send me service related messages. You guys me service related messages. These are all entities that I am connected with in some shape or form.

@ViCustomerCare I had ordered for a prepaid number to be delivered at home and paid the money online. However your delivery agent claims that the payment is not updated in his app and has still not delivered the sim since 3 days. This is really disgusting service.
