    @ViCustomerCare DEL-V00917175661 this is my complain number regarding issue faced by me while using volte services. When contacted customer care they told me that volte service is not available in my area. Is it true?2nd biggest city of bihar not have this service. I am puzzled

    @ViCustomerCare Is Vi close the company ? If No, Then y all the time electricity gone and network gone always. There are no network when electricity gone. Last 20days getting problem in my town, Idea n/w also not available. Kindly look the matter, if plan to close we port it.

    @arya_vatsa @Idea @airtelindia My @VodafoneIN sim also not working even whatsapp mesgs are not delivered. I'm also planning to port my sim to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare Again, Can't access high speed internet in our area. Speed like 2g. __ 20kb/second Please fix this... I already complaint vodafone team through vi apps... Your poor quality service

    @ViCustomerCare VI is heavily missing customer service. I called up 199 & they said they can not deactivate the no., I will have to visit VI store. We had already gone to VI stores, ane they said to call 199 May because of such things VI is making losses. Time to go back to Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare I asked for complaint/SR No. & resolution date in DM 20hrs ago and no one bothered to reply. Not honouring displayed offers is very pathetic behaviour. Moving out all numbers to @Airtel_Presence / @JioMart_Support

    @ViCustomerCare My concern is very specific and requires a clear resolution: 1. I never authorized the ₹210.17 Vi Movies & TV subscription/auto-renewal. 2. I have repeatedly asked Vi to provide the activation, consent/OTP and usage proof, but I have not received it yet.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News Very disappointed with Recharged my Vodafone number recently hoping the service had improved, but the network still doesn’t work properly at my location the same issue I’ve been facing for almost 2 years.
