@TRAI @ViCustomerCare Vi is asking to do the recharge of 155 or more to send text Had a word as customer care we are happy to pay charge for the text we send it but even after doing a min re of 99 Ru we can't send text nd asked to do a RERCHARGE of 155 this is what we are forced

@ViCustomerCare Dear, i want to change my postpaid no to prepaid as I try through calling to customer care than visit to vi point is sale, they collect my OVD and I paid some charges also. But they still not change my postpaid no to prepaid and reject my request.

Dear @ViCustomerCare its high time now. Since the start of the pandemic I hv moved to my hometown in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I use a Vodafone Kolkata connection, I hv repeatedly reported poor 4G coverage & no VoLTE. It's bn 2 years now and u still don't hv VoLTE in Jharkhand.

@ViCustomerCare with same number, they are asking to bring some xyz persons proofs which was mistakenly linked to that number. Please do help in this regard immediately, he is loosing his customers as the sim is not working since few days.
