  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare can you tell what I can do with 49 recharge if I can't active my upi I'd with it because for that I have to send sms for that one sms I have to do 120 rs more recharge for 1 sms and I don't need that calling because internet speed is worst in area @wastemoneyonvi
