    @ViCustomerCare DEL-V00917175661 this is my complain number regarding issue faced by me while using volte services. When contacted customer care they told me that volte service is not available in my area. Is it true?2nd biggest city of bihar not have this service. I am puzzled

    @ViCustomerCare Is Vi close the company ? If No, Then y all the time electricity gone and network gone always. There are no network when electricity gone. Last 20days getting problem in my town, Idea n/w also not available. Kindly look the matter, if plan to close we port it.

    Complaint by VI customer that his no. has been switched off by Vodafone & now VI not activating it despite all bills being clear. The Ph is associated with Bank accounts and he is afraid it's a deliberate fraud by VI. Total blackmail. Pls help @AshwiniVaishnaw @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @ViCustomerCare now I understand why you are loosing your customers. For a Postpaid customer you start calling daily 5 times before due date. Creating unnecessary nuisance. Finally customer no choice but to left your base.
