    @ViCustomerCare (part1) I got a replacement Vi SIM on 5 Sep 2025 after losing my phone on 4 Sep but this replacement Sim has not been activated even 40 hours after being issued. Local Vi Service Center guys are not helping. Dont know what to do.

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago 2nd time paid for Roaming & feel cheated by Vi as both instances roaming was not activated when reached destination. Template reply from Vi no resolution & no refunds as per Vi policy. Need assistance to get this issue resolved. #mncdfcollective
