    @ViCustomerCare Now when I called him at 6:30 pm to inquiry for my sims, I was told it will not be delivered today as they won't be able to come and asking me to receive the sims on Monday 26th Sep'2022. Is this your standard of service you give to your customer. Shame on you all

    @ViCustomerCare Waiting for all most 9 hrs from morning 9 am to 6 pm evening and at the end customer receiving feedback the representative will not be able to come.

    @ViCustomerCare money deducting network , without knowledge of customer deducts money and after making a complaint , says you have made a complaint after 24 hrs , so no refund. Worst customer service
