    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare i ported my number from Vi recently. I am now slapped with charges of amazon prime subscription (which i never used/ activated/ even heard of btw). Why should i pay for that when there was no official communication also for this/ no action from my side

    @ViCustomerCare do u know why customers are falling with VI. Check your customer service. To provide uSSD on how to forward calls and cancel it, it took the customer care 6 mins out of which 5 mins were on hold.🤐🤐🤐

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service data is not working I need to in & off everyone to use data... Data is active for few mins and than it goes away automatic and again need to restart mobile... Need to do sim replacement or whatever
