    @mukulneetika @ViCustomerCare Thanks! Going to give this a shot, Mukul. I actually filed to port my number from VI to Airtel yesterday. So this tip is timely. Same issue as Shashikant - calls don't connect. The other party keeps hearing beeps after I pick up the call on the iPhone. Very frustrating.

    @jagograhakjago @ViCustomerCare I want to bring it in notice of forum that VI team is running a scandal.They call people and promise the high network sim and they force to port.I have been struggling to get network in my phone and the company who did this has ghosted.@airtelindia

    Ultimate horrible service with @ViCustomerCare - even after ONE full hour the chat desk executive does not understand. Why employ such rank nonsense people, who instead of retaining customers, by dint of their #inefficiency push a customer out.
