Hi @ViCustomerCare my vi sim is not working from the morning no calls no msgs no internet even on new year day , i have done everything from flights mode restart to inserting sim in new device , its not working , if this is your service i would like to switch to airtel HNY

@ViCustomerCare tried all possible ways to contact but still the issue is not resolved. You don’t have a audacity to call and talk properly just merely harassing the customer and saying “we are working on it “. @consumercourtin @TRAI you should take action against such firm.
