@ViCustomerCare they denied it. they kept saying that person needs to be here physically and I kept mentioning that's not possible so provide me an alternate option or solution but they don't have any alternate solution so they kept mentioning one thing that person needs to be here physically.

@ViCustomerCare why does the internet data switch to 2G GPRS when im on a call? Just ported to VI and already facing issues. Unable to use internet data when on a call. What do I do about this? Pls don't ask to DM.

@ViCustomerCare But one number still was receiving a bill of 1299 , I spoke the same with your customer care ppl , they asked me to go and sort it out in store but , but the store people were saying they were help less and are asking me to talk to customer care people what should I do now

@ViCustomerCare i have applied for port in and using Vi sim and network is also there but asking for First Recharge. But i have already paid 300 to person who gave me the sim. I tried calling him. He is not picking the call.
