@ViCustomerCare Hi VI, My issue related to 'otp not receiving' costed me 6 days of LWP as I'm WFH with which I've only one resouce to connect to server and yet I'm paying for an unlimited plan with VI, that's arround 3000/m with no service. I want my issue & LWP sorted from VI.

@ViCustomerCare @9085242993S once again against my better judgement i decided to recharge another one of my vi numbers and now ONCE AGAIN all my incoming calls and incoming SMS are not working. Thank you for nothing. Now while i am in an emergency and crisis mode i am stuck.

@ViCustomerCare I purchased International Roaming for Mobile No 8768572032 before coming to Hong Kong. But I have tried for the whole day at Hong Kong but unable to get any network. I am still in Hong Kong, pl activate the network for the day I have paid.

@meet1369 @ViCustomerCare Switch to Jio. Vodafone & Airtel have poor Signal & Much worse is their customer service. They keep saying the same words/sentences like a Parrot or a bot.
