    @ViCustomerCare Thats Why Mass Port-out being carried out . People are Leaving VI just Because of Its Pathetic Network Coverage. Like seriously its 2025 .you can not even providing 2G network coverage in All Part of area In Odisha. Forget 4G or 5G . Give Proper Services we will support You .

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 2 hours since my complete vodafone network is gone and I don't have a single line in the poshest area of Bengaluru. Why should I continue with your service when I can't get basic network. It happened yesterday also after 8:30 PM and today as well, and till now I don't have network at all. Can you fix this once and for all or else you will loose 11 years old Postpaid customer in no time

    @ViCustomerCare my family member is using your services, with the recent recharge done now the speed of the internet has reduced a lot and I need to put on flight mode many times to get the network and to send messages from any app. Please look into this asap.

    To make matters worse, as a @reliancejio user, there's no way to reach Vi customer care! I'm regretting my decision to order a Vi SIM. I want to cancel my order immediately and get a full refund. Your customer service is making me rethink ever using Vi.@ViCustomerCare
