    When Vodafone India planning to launch eSIM for KOLKATA & rest of the major cities apart from the ones already listed in their website. @ViCustomerCare Will there be any inconvenience using eSIM in cities where physical SIM service is provided only.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi doesn't care customers. For damaged sim replacement I have visited store 5 times in the critical condition of corona. 3 time request rejected with different reason. 5th time told KYC document not available with them cause very old sim. Very bad administration.

    @ViCustomerCare Fed-up with your poor quality of network, calls are dropping and internet is not working properly. I have requested to our nearest VI gallery with this issue but not got solution

    FAcing issues with Vodadone idea network at my home since past 1yr, multiple tickets raised still the same issue persists. VI representatives just create ticket, ask for 2 days and close the ticket on their own without asking JIO's network is better @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare today I talked to a executive of your company as I didn't receive the upc code for porting my number. He behaves like we r beggers he tells me go and ask where I have ported. Due to his behaviour I will port all my family and friends numbers to other network

    @ViCustomerCare can somebody care to confirm if my three sims have been dispatched? This is the least you can do you make your customer a little happy and satisfied to be with the right partner. Otherwise, I am sure you would have got completely bored of sending robotic replies.
