I hate it. @ViCustomerCare I have been recharged with regular ammount for my SIM. Then it is like we are not allowed to send SMS through this pack. We need another pack of recharge for SMS service to work. It is really bad things to do with customer.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to connect on 199 and 198. It is migrating me from one place to another which is from automated tune anot from any person. Which is really shameful things. If you can't provide service directly, we are happy to give up on you.
