  @ViCustomerCare I bought a new number and added it to my family postpaid plan. The store guy told me it would be activated within 40 minutes, and it has been 48 hours now. Customer care numbers are saying they have no information and I have to visit store. This is pathetic.

  @ViCustomerCare Your postpaid to prepaid retention call is just pathetic. They keep trying to convince you and literally harass you until either you agree to keep postpaid or shout !! Really shameful way to force customer to keep postpaid.

  @ViCustomerCare you have the worst network in banglore for sure . I and my friends have ur sim and ur network is so poor that if we go inside a room the network is disconnected . U take same amount as much as Airtel and can't provide even half of what they provide .
