@ViCustomerCare what kind of service you are providing. Each day after 11 a.m., your network likes snail. If i tried to complain, it says, "Please check internet." When other applications are working and VI app doesn't work. I have never seen this kind of fluctuation.

Had a deeply concerning experience with Vodafone Idea's appellate team. Called to report a persistent issue with slow data speeds, only to be told they couldn't help and to consider porting my number. unprofessional and unsatisfactory solution. Time for a change @ViCustomerCare
@ViCustomerCare Hello Ma’am, We have spoken today and i want to share we have total 8 connection from Vodafone at our given address. All connections are are 10-20 yrs old. Last one year Kolkata team is not at all giving good service way it from network side or indoor coverage etc. Please check
