    A bad experience with @reliancejio I (along with my 3 family contacts) recently ported out from @ViCustomerCare & ported in to @reliancejio Now Jio is not able to give me internet data, and no one from jio knows why they cannot give? Strange! Feeling annoyed!

    @ViCustomerCare @abplive I think this co. is joking to customers. If your sim get damaged or not working. You don’t have any options to contact customer support. Only waste your time by chatboats of Vi. Shame on you Vi. Once my sim get replace I’ll never use your service again.

    From last two months VI (vodafone idea) is not providing any service to my customer ,I am authorised dealer and customer are not getting any support from vi .ASM(Mr Tandon),ZSM (Mr Kohli) are not even picking my calls.@vodafoneIN_Fdtn @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You did not provide any help. Today, I went to a Vi store at B.T.Road, Kolkata and once again provided copies of my AADHAAR card. Terrible customer service, should have never opted for Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea hopes of a good network from U R failing. Initiated #port from ur n/w 2day. Ur support team called me & they weren't able to converse with me properly due ur poor n/w & ur didn't try to call me back again.
