Hi @ViCustomerCare Can you tell me In your redx plan @ 1201/- Whether 1.better speed than normal prepaid/other sim? 2. if we go to a place where network is not available then what will you do? 3. Is there any data limit like 300GB in prepaid/is it truely unlimited?

@ViCustomerCare This is unacceptable for a customer who has beenwith the network for over 10 years. CC is giving up instead of actively trying to resolve the problem,keep sending the same process documents repeatedly and asking to recharge multiple times with different plans, without solution.
