    @ViCustomerCare Stuck on Day-1, Porting from jio to Vi GoG postpaid plan. My jio network gone and Vi network not activating to Esim. Its been 3 hrs of back and forth request/process still no luck. :(

    Internet keeps fluctuating all the time. Calls and messaging apps are also getting affected. What’s the use of full signal bars when basic apps don’t even work properly? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare says “24 hour SIM delivery” but even after 24+ hours my SIM is still not delivered. They only keep changing the delivery timeline again and again.Customer care not responding properly either.Stop showing fake 24-hour delivery ads if you cannot provide the service.

    @ViCustomerCare Disappointed with the service at your Aurangabad, Bihar store (MG Rd, near JK Hotel). The partner's brutal. I went for a new SIM and a specific number, but was flatly declined and mistreated. This is a storenot a roadside stand do better. 😡 #Vi #CustomerService

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtel @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    Customers are paying full money just to suffer daily connectivity problems. Either fix the network permanently or clearly say you cannot, so people can switch to another network instead of getting frustrated every day. @ViCustomerCare
