    @ViCustomerCare I have data balance but my services blocked for exceed of data uses...soo poor services from vi as 199/198 also not connecting and on chatt telling to wait till bill generate... Why should I face inconvenience due to your system glitch...

    @ViCustomerCare - Received your short reply. 1st I'm not Prasad. 2nd my last 2 days calls history will tell you the issue. Main issue. Your app homepage is all messed up data. My data is 2gb /day. Today I barely used after 6.00am but balance gone down to 0.62gb.otyer issues too.

    @ViCustomerCare VI is a GREAT company activating same number for different customers I have taken a new postpaid SIM in VI NETWORK and my call and OTPS are receiving other person

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI if you can't provide proper service then y u want new customer. No range at all call drops continue can't use internet as no signal and getting same reson from cs due to bulk issue then fix it from last 4 months I am getting same resolution what d heck s ths
