    @ViCustomerCare I was charged for some gaming service which I didnt enrolled into. Visited the neareast customer care but they refused to refund those charges. Can you look into the issue?

    @ViCustomerCare VI network has no proper signals in all the areas but still tarrif rates are increased. For only incoming Minimum recharge 49 earlier it is for 28 days now the same days reduced to 14 .this is not at all acceptable charges. Review those before port to another nw

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea- fake customer service. If VI does not want to continue my service and not restoring it, they have no right to block the amount which I paid to them. This is extortion and cheating.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service from Vi store, they are looting from customer by charging more than company charges, For duplicate sim they said us to pay ₹950 And in our circle it is only one store, than where should i visit.?

    @ViCustomerCare There is no proper network with your VI 3G and 4G. Please do proper testing for atleast 5G with your VI connectivity.

    @ViCustomerCare There's glitch in VI app. I tried to recharge another number which is already added in my profile but the recharge is getting done on my number only. Pls help. Also remove recharge from my number which happened due to glitch and activate it on that another number
