Since sending the "port" message, I have been receiving offer SMSs from @ViCustomerCare. I really don't want to continue with this pathetic network. Instead of sending useless offers, you should improve your network speed.

Hello @ViCustomerCare as per the latest news, Tariff is going to increase from 25th Nov. My current yearly unlimited plan of 2400 is going to expire on 6th Dec 2021, if i do the recharge of ₹1499 then from which date this recharge will apply? Please help 🙏🏻

@ViCustomerCare @Pravin33913749 Worst experience. Customer for 10 yrs. Finally decided to port my 2G Vodafone prepaid to 4G Vi postpaid SIM. 24 hrs past, no connection yet. Received support calls but X is saying call Y, Y saying call another person. Not a single solved my problem, neither had relevant answers.
