  @ViCustomerCare Yesterday(02.04.2021) night onward. My Vi mobile number is not working. While I call customer service, they insist me to come to Bangalore and produce documents again for verification. But now I am in Trivandrum for a medical emergency

  @ViCustomerCare its been more than a month now I am facing continuous network fluctuations in my area for idea prepaid sim. In my family we are using 4 sim (all r idea prepaid). I am not getting any range for calling in last week. Range problem is not just in my area but (1/2)
