@ViCustomerCare what type of network do you have ? I am getting only 2G network in my phone, paying for 4G and using 2G internet. What a plan, the worst network provided ever. It's better to switch to different sim.

@ViCustomerCare Your customer service are pathetic, from last 6 months I faced slow internet issue or call drop issue but till it is not resolved, your customers care always assured that they will update soon but till now they are not able to resolve. So don't claim that u hv fastest network.

@ViCustomerCare Mayur vihar phase I Delhi has a severe network issue of slowest internet speed . It is continuing for last one year but the company has not upgraded it' s infrastructure but cheating customers by charging full amount, knowing the issue. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 There are no signal indoor, we have to move outdoor to make calls or use internet in sector 3, greater noida. Need help to resolve the issue that around 1000 people are facing in the area. Hope to see some positive work !!!
