  @ViCustomerCare i was postpaid customer of idea now ported out i had got Amazon prime membership from idea side the membership has renewed automatically i tried to contact amazon and idea for cancellation of the same but to no avail.

  @ViCustomerCare this time its final won't stay with you....my pack was valid till 03-05-21 but stopped today itself. Moreover you are deducting amount from main balance for the service never applied for. @reliancejio tell me the process.

  @ViCustomerCare VI internet in Assam is down from last 4-5 Days not only I am not able to use internet but I am also missing important online classes please fix the issue ASAP or I guess it's time to switch to @airtelindia
