@ViCustomerCare exorbitant charges being levied in the name of Value Added Services on my mother's number, without her consent, causing mental harrasment. Credit the balance debited and cancel all VAS or il be forced to port number and file a formal complaint with the authorities

VI, I activated a 14 day Intl Roaming pack. I am in US & unable to connect to any network. Pack is activate, but the phone doesn't connect to T-Mobile. desperately seeking help, nothing so far. Everything needs an OTP & without connectivity I am stuck. Plz help @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I can not make video calls I can't connect my call in one attempt when I am thinking to surf online the network is behaving like 2g. I am done with you guys and I would make shure that nobody will take the service of Vodafone in my surrounding. World most rubbish network.

@ViCustomerCare Not a proper Customer service because A very Network issue and data usage problem. And data speed was very week 2G connection and not a proper 4G network.and complaint was raise but not a problem solved. And not call / Message answering.
