@ViCustomerCare today at 1814 I got sms that my request of subscription of 1 year Amazon prime service is activated whereas I never asked for it. I was told by customer care team tht I had word with Mr. Rahul Kamle at 1736hrs to activate. I think my data is being breached.

@ViCustomerCare Shocking your customer service cell go ahead and change my post paid tariff Plan unilaterally. So this is the reward to a customer who has been with you for decades. No courtesy to infirm prior and take clearance.
