    @ViCustomerCare I had ordered a VI sim from website on the 6th June which has not been delivered yet...I have called customer care many times but I am not getting any satisfactory answer from there. I am out of town and I have to go back home. Please deliver my SIM order asap. 🙏

    Why the Internet Speed of VI suddenly drops after 12 AM? Facing this daily even I'm just 100 meters away from the tower? Providing unlimited data after 12 AM with very poor connectivity has no use! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi online team is ineffective. My network issue is resolved within five minutes by a Vi help center.

    Hie @ViCustomerCare let me inform you that your international roaming service is worst. You failed to give service and asking me to pay postpaid bill and disconnecting my calling service and mobile data and even your customercare is accepting that they didnt provide service.
