    @ViCustomerCare @Rushangdesai Rest assured that come what may, @ViCustomerCare will not provide any resolution to any of the problem. They have got the worst #customer_support. My problems raised on several occasions remained unresolved. They will ask all irrelevant details & then justify the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare please stop calling me. I am getting constant calls since yesterday to cancel my port out request. That’s harassment. I have made up my mind and cannot cancel my porting decision to other service provider. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare I am not receiving single line of Signal, So how can I say about internet ? After receiving network, I will tell you about internet or data speed.

    @smartbuoy @ViCustomerCare Don't expect any worthwhile resolution from @ViCustomerCare that has the worst customer support. They will ask all sort of irrelevant details and then give you the same robotic / idiotic standard reply. Several such issues raised by me met similar fate.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @TheStevieAwards VI (Vodafone-Idea) application network troubleshoot says your 'Signal strength is Poor' and 'It seems that you are not connected to the internet' in AHMEDABAD City. It's your network strength in Ahmedabad city?
