    @DoT_India @Secretary_DoT So far nothing has been moved insipite of auto-repeated mails from appellate authority. I have raised formal complaint withRef no DOTEL/E/2019/20934 @SanjayDhotreMP @VodafoneIN has given ultimatum to pay the false bill of 2500INR else connection will be discont.

When I asked why the new site has still not been installed, I was simply told that another visit would be arranged, and the call was disconnected.     Hey @ViCustomerCare Your Vi store executive imposed and convinced me to convert my 16-year-old mobile number from prepaid to postpaid. Within just one month, the number was permanently deactivated. This wasn’t just any number it belonged to my late father, and I had kept it active as a cherished memory. Your executives are literally scammers who unnecessarily force postpaid connections on customers. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate investigation into how a 16-year-old number could be permanently deactivated so quickly?? And help me to get it back asap.

    I am in good network zone. On the same device Airtel and Jio works as 5G+ but Vi works only 4G. Only yesterday i ported Vi to experience its network. I am already regretting it. Calls are dripping, 5G not working. Pathetic @ViCustomerCare. Details and screenshots shared in DM

    @ViCustomerCare If you have a practical solution, please provide it. Otherwise, I will switch to another operator next month. Customers should not be paying full charges for a service that your own team admits it cannot adequately provide.
