@DoT_India @Secretary_DoT So far nothing has been moved insipite of auto-repeated mails from appellate authority. I have raised formal complaint withRef no DOTEL/E/2019/20934 @SanjayDhotreMP @VodafoneIN has given ultimatum to pay the false bill of 2500INR else connection will be discont.

@ViCustomerCare can you make an app on your own that works on your own network?? You have an app called Vi which rarely works on your network and I have full signal and wo called 30 Mbps download speed. You guys must be real incompetent to run your business.

@ViCustomerCare The outgoing service of my mom's phone stopped but incoming was active. I had recharged using talk time of INR 50/- Now VI is forcing me to pay for another higher plan to restore the services. Extremely bad customer service.
