    @ViCustomerCare My God !! You’ll ARE the worst. Got a call after 5 days only to say the same thing told by your CC. Asking a 65+ old man to visit store to upgrade old sim. You’ll can send a new connection SIM card to home but can’t send a replacement. Wow !!
