@DoT_India @Secretary_DoT So far nothing has been moved insipite of auto-repeated mails from appellate authority. I have raised formal complaint withRef no DOTEL/E/2019/20934 @SanjayDhotreMP @VodafoneIN has given ultimatum to pay the false bill of 2500INR else connection will be discont.

What a 3rd class service is provided by the company.Always there is something issue with the network of the company. I m facing network issue and cant talk on calls or surf on internet properly. And most important there are voice issues with customer care too.@ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Vi has a pathetic service. In my area your 4G internet speed is lesser than 2G. I only use this sim for SMS, and you have excluded SMS in most of cheap plans. If I don't get the SMS back in cheap plan. I will port to other netwrk provider.This is a serious issue.

@ViCustomerCare SMS is basic service requirement of telephony. Blocking sms service on small recharge plans is complete violation of @TRAI @DoT_India regulations & also against MNP. You thought to block port outs. infact it is instigating. #portoutVi #wrostServiceVi
