    @VodafoneIN Heetali I am receiving random calls from your team. Please assign one person and address him the complete details we have discussed. I need rectified bill by tomorrow. Even other network service providers are calling me to switch. Please don't leak any information. @DoT_India

    @DoT_India @Secretary_DoT So far nothing has been moved insipite of auto-repeated mails from appellate authority. I have raised formal complaint withRef no DOTEL/E/2019/20934 @SanjayDhotreMP @VodafoneIN has given ultimatum to pay the false bill of 2500INR else connection will be discont.

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare There is no volte service available in bihar and Jharkhand region. Kindly start volte service in bihar. Without volte unable to use internet while calling.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been showed certain double data offers as per made for me offers but after recharging they are denying any such offers and this is not the first time that I am facing such issues.I urge people to abstain from using vi as it's the Worst network in operation

    @ViCustomerCare Team will you stop charging customer without service request. Every month your team activate service without my request and charge the amount. This is not the right way to earn money in any case. Please disable that service and refund the amount

    @ViCustomerCare Why Persons from Vi team calling up and unable to solve the issues of customers, if they do not have the details or are unable to do anything then they must not call up the customer, Vi fooling customers with their wrong plans and wrong amount of rental charged

    @ViCustomerCare why would someone stay on your network, I just bought a new Vi sim but still day 1st it's becoming into E(EDGE)/G(GPRS) not even staying in H/3G/H+ & you're dreaming to gain customer for GIGAnet in LTE network , shame on you , I just want to port , gimme UPC asap !! 😤

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I have been notified that my Internet issue has been resolved so I tested the connection for 24hrs, and surprisingly enough its still the same. I seriously don't know what's you guys have fixed. Now even audio calls are keep disconnecting.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 Vodafone's 4G service is available in India? Vodafone 4g service is not available in my house so I expressed suspicion and people in our area are leaving Vodafone.The network is so bad that it can't be talked about.Fix it as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare how you expect to retain your old customer if your signal goes ON & OF every 10-15 minutes even at night @AdityaBirlaGrp how you expect your merger with @VodafoneGroup pays off if you going to provide such service.
