    @DoT_India @Secretary_DoT So far nothing has been moved insipite of auto-repeated mails from appellate authority. I have raised formal complaint withRef no DOTEL/E/2019/20934 @SanjayDhotreMP @VodafoneIN has given ultimatum to pay the false bill of 2500INR else connection will be discont.

    @ViCustomerCare kindly do as this is a regular occurrence idle balance being lost, this old lady don't waste money on value added services , but a decisions made we moving to another network, cant monitor accounts of my loved ones keeping track every month , have 8 accounts all moving
