Approx 2000 Vodafone users are struggling to get network. 1km away everybody are able to use mobile network.problem is area specific since >15days but @VodafoneIN is unresponsive

Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.

She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?
