    @ViCustomerCare i am using two vodafone postpaid connections for last 12 years. one of my sim had frequent call drop. as per customer care i need to change my sim . i went to vi store with my driving licence and aadhar card. the guy over there processed with driving licence(1/4)

    @ViCustomerCare my calls drop all the time. My voice can’t be heard clearly even by your CC executives. Signal bars are 2-3 max , never at full. I registered a complaint in July. Still waiting for it to be resolved. I am a customer since 2009.

    @ViCustomerCare (2/4) and told it will get activated in 2 hours time. when it did not get activated till next day I rang up customer care who told aadhar card is mandatory for sim change. I wonder did the guy at vi store do not know this??

    @ViCustomerCare Such a downgraded Network, not capable of Solving the network issues since 2019 I have raised a complaint, Vi Executives keep giving same idiotic and mugged up excuses like VodafoneIdea have merger, Vi has Come up with GIGA net,bla bla... LOOSERS THEY ARE
