  @ViCustomerCare Vi can not survive with strategy to loot their customers. If I have to leave Vi then will leave but sorry to say, would be happy to see Vi to get penalise for non-customer friendly. Govt. gave you a lease of life. Atleast support your customers. Help them and not Loot them.

  @ViCustomerCare There is no network on my Vi number whereas other operators are working in sim slot also other Vi numbers are working. I think my sim got faulty, do i need to pay anything to replace my sim card on vi store?

  @ViCustomerCare Can someone plz look into it. I have just visited service center and have been told there is some issue with backend. Your service center at nerul is so irresponsive. And no one even bothers to reply queries properly. Pathetic is the word for VI

  Hi @ViCustomerCare terrible service as I am trying to activate my eSim for past three days and still giving error, i even visited a store near me and they told to wait for 7 days and try again.. i don't have other options other than port my number.
