@ViCustomerCare I am very disappointed from your services. It becomes 9 days but the network is 0 here. Is it your super fast mobile network? Its worst,i think portability is good option is for me.

@ViCustomerCare While we understand that you don't have the money to employ people anymore, setting us up in a continuous IVR loop is not appreciated. If resolving people's problems is too much trouble, do let us know. We'll be more than happy to port out! What's a mess! Sad!

@ViCustomerCare I have come to Bangalore vodafone store for replacement of sim they need original despite covid 19 I requested them please obtain ekyc or shall provide her all originals in digital they refused.. Such type of Customer services result in loosing your customer base
