  @ViCustomerCare It's been a horror experience with your customer service representatives over the phone. My issue is that i am not receiving text messages from companies including VI. No DND is active on number but still jor getting messages from last 5-6 months.

  @ViCustomerCare Lodged complaint no PHCRAVJ7W5 , no response yet. Unable to make calls nor able to receive. Pathetic services by vi/idea. Someone look into .

  @ViCustomerCare Guys don't use idea after 4 days of complain they are saying it will take upto 14 days to resolve this matter , means you paid money for 3 months out of that for 15 days u can't use incoming outgoing service , means seriously this is your unlimited calls service

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India In our area we are not getting any internet speed since yesterday. Is there anything as a customer we can do? I am on a prepaid connection, so VI just doesn't bother as they already have my money
