    @ViCustomerCare there is no improvement in your coverage. After almost more than 100 days still i am getting too much trouble in even simple talk in these days. There is no merit in being with vi even spending money. Porting all my 4 vi connection

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I got my number transferred from my dads name to mine with a new sim on Monday. Neither of my sims have worked in 2 whole days now. I can’t be expected to show up at your service centre everyday to activate my sim in hopes that it will eventually start working

    @ViCustomerCare really really struggling to connect or receive any phone calls. My entire business is getting affected due to poor network coverage. Urgent attention is needed. The booster installed also does not work @airtelindia @reliancejio I guess u having 1 more customer
