Such a stupid thing by Vodafone idea. They told me to pay extra to convert postpaid to prepaid, now for refund of extra payment made they are asking for postpaid number…… No wonder company is running into losses. Such a pathetic and poor customer service @ViCustomerCare

Award of worst network goes to @ViBusinessIndia and the best part is that their @ViCustomerCare doesn’t even know how to solve the problems of a customer. Every time they say the same thing that turn off your data, switch off your phone and repeat it. Dhanya ho @ViBusinessIndia
