    @ViCustomerCare 4/ I raised a formal complaint explaining everything. I also clearly informed Vi that my Vi numbers were unreachable because they had no service and provided my overseas contact number for all communication.

    @ViCustomerCare Just cancel my family plan once; I will never get a Vodafone SIM again in my life. It was a mistake on my part to become a Vodafone user.

    @ViCustomerCare This is pathetic, instead of resolving my issue and delivering my new SIM, you keep on calling me and telling me that I need to wait another 24 Hrs i.e 72 Hrs from the time of booking and guess what you will make me wait till 71 Hrs. This is laughable. @KumarMBirla

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I tried to remove my number from family plan. My primary number received call from your customer care and even after saying I want to remove the number. The customer care said it'll be resolved and and me back in the family plan. I want resolution for this.

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry to say.. Earlier also same saying from your end. I'll not check the DM ,as if in months problem doesn't get solved,that better to port it
