    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI can you check and help as I am following from last one and not getting any resolution. vi is closing each complaint with no solution. And now it is same for 2nd top-up as well.

    Poor network ✅ No SMS in monthly plans, have to recharge 125rs to send a sms ✅ Bad Internet ✅ Very poor call quality ✅ And now no OTPs are getting delivered 😭 @ViCustomerCare Are you forcing me to port my number ??? 🥲

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve raised 15+ complaints over 8 months about low/zero signals at home, through Call Center/Vi App/emails & your team keeps closing the tickets without resolution. Writing here as a last resort before I move to another service provider. Frustrating experience!
