  @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve

Either you are scamming people left right and center or you don't know how your collaborators are working. So unprofessional.   @ViCustomerCare Tired to deactivate international roaming from my cell. At least 4 times submitted request from vi app. And also tried to call vi customer care number. Amazing thing is that, not a single time I was able to talk to executive. On app and on web,

  Dear @ViCustomerCare Vi movies+TV website is pathetic. Requires multiple logins through the day, pathetic UI, and functionality breaks. Evident you hold no command over your dev team; coz i know how little an effort it is to fix these issues. I wont renew my subscription. Ty🙏

  @ViCustomerCare Extremely frustrated. A customer should not have to fight through endless automated menus just to speak with a support executive.Hiding human support behind recorded messages is poor service & disrespectful to customers. Please respond and resolve this issue. #Vi
