Dear @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare, try to improvise your network. Calls are dropping frequently due to network issues in my area for both Idea and Vodafone sim cards. Highlighted this issue for couple of times, but no resolution.

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for the journey, been a customer for more than a decade but seems like it has to end with such a note. I cannot overlook the fact anymore that my 4G hasn’t worked since 21/03/2021. Asking for a replacement Vi SIM to be home delivered isn’t too much.

I have never seen network worst than. Vi @ViCustomerCare total Fraud and trust me they will lie as much as they can. That they have solved the issue but they will never. They have been making me fool since 4 mnts almost . I suggest all of you to quite Vi.
