    @ViCustomerCare The worst network provider in india. I recently ported to vi which is just waste of money. Multiple tickets raised, visited vi office for 1 month but unfortunately zero results. Terrible service by vi

    @ViCustomerCare Furthermore, the phone number (155223) you provided to deactivate the OTT services is not working. Since it was activated from your end, please deactivate it yourselves. You have made life very complicated for two elderly people.

    @ViCustomerCare check field level. Virtually everything seems normal. The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you. I've been tricked by your connections.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Your coverage map does not show 5g signal in Vasai, kindly clarify which part of Vasai has 5g available. Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.

    @ViCustomerCare Most pathetic and f*c*ing service standard and commitment level by Vodafone and its customer care team eapecially Mr. Kumar no call back or nothing concrete and positive... Time for further escalation...
