    @VodafoneIN Do one thing give only 500mb but that too with proper committed speed. And please atleast look for call drops issue. Every second third calls are getting dropped or not getting connected

    @VodafoneIN My reasons are not your network and connectivity, it's the fear of Vodafone leaving India completely because of the the AGR case.

    @VodafoneIN On going situation is not stable and moreover your call drops makes is feel more unsafe. If required and connectivity not there so how one can connect to another for asking help. Since morning 7 call drops recorded.

    @VodafoneIN You are spreading the news of turbo net strength but atleast check ground reality that really it improved or not just faking the news of internet strength. Nothing improved. When my internet will work as 4g. Till when I will have to pay without proper service

    @ViCustomerCare A person came to check network speed at my home this afternoon from @ViCustomerCare and confirmed signal is week. He promised it will be sorted in a week's time. I wonder how you charge me higher for #RedX plan and still give me a poor network? @TRAI

    @abhishekrprasad @ViCustomerCare Yes it's from their "new" customer care team I guess. It's the right mail id. Even i haven't seen this unprofessional behaviour earlier! And I've also had larger outstanding amounts than this. They don't send bills, resolve issues and instead without doing their own part harass!

    @ViCustomerCare hi we are experiencing very bad network connection in Chennai, vanagaram. Our tariff offer valid till tomorrow but outgoing calls are disconnected today itself. No proper response from your customer care executive also. They didn't take the complaint itself.
