@ViCustomerCare Sorry to say but you've been working twice as hard since May 2021 : when I first tried to port - but there are no results at all and it just makes me mad. Definitely going to port out soon. (Problem started way back in 2019 though)

Such a ridiculous experience I got from your representative, continuously argued without giving any solution. Now it's 3 days I still can't access internet. Last time stayed but not this time. It's 5yrs with vi. time to change frm this worst network @ViCustomerCare nt expected

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vikram, In the month of December I got 2 separate bills one for the primary number of INR 1033 and other for 813*****84 of INR 756. Ideally I should get only a bill as per my selected Vi plan. I have raised 2 requests in this regard with resolution.

Converted my no from postpaid to prepaid .Minuscule amount of Rs 18 showed as pending, my number not functional for last 4 months. visitied vi cc Centre many times , no resolution till now. Totally disappointed, v poor service @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare It's over 2 weeks now. No data network on my mobile as well as my wife's #Vi sim card. Went to mini store too. Still no result. Why are we paying for data? This is ridiculous. Can we have a solution here or help us port the number to #Airtel..!
