    @ViCustomerCare It is now around 24 hours since a NEW SIM card was issue to me [Pharos Media] and yet it is still NOT working. The first SIM card was Shame on such a heartless, brainless company.

    @ViCustomerCare Most worst service. Many times I complained but no solutions from operator. They have just promises after taking complaint and they just drop this msg within some days it will be resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare All OTPs are getting delayed. Instead of getting an OTP for a payment I want to do now, I am receiving OTPs requested for previous transactions which were not delivered then. Please resolve OTP issue asap.
