  @ViCustomerCare provides worst network service provider in India. When anyone araises any voice against them they mute our call.198 customer care no not connected or they block those number. People paid money for using their service but Vi authority not listen customer voice

  @ViCustomerCare Having 4G internet issue since 4 days at my house in Bengaluru. Have raised complaint but still no resolution yet. This is bad customer service. Really tired of frequent issues with internet. Like many i am also thinking to port all 4 vi connections out.

  @ViCustomerCare Madam disturbance iwas even 95% while in out conversion. You are not the first to register to complain before you . 3-4 executives jas done the same and no solution. Please invest your time some where else i am determined to migrate network . Issue since 4 month

  @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea stop dedicating ppl's money from many balance. I have been charged for unnecessary service "Fun Portal" which i have never requested for. This is 3rd 4th time amount got deducted. Please don't insist us to switch to other service provider.
