Hi @ViCustomerCare, without my activation request for Value added services, these Services are getting activated, and my balance is getting deducted, when I raised a complaint about this, the customer care executive was very rude. This is pathetic. Kindly look into this..

@ViCustomerCare Sorry Pratibha but this is the same line I have been hearing from long now. Worst part is officials are disconnecting the call stating I am not audible. It's kind of monologue experience and each official come up with something new everytime.
