    @VodafoneIN I am using u r network since past 10 years at that time I recharged with life long validity pack but now a days u r disconnected my incoming call service for non recharge is it fare for a customer staying long in same network I loose some important information on the day

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI My number is recharged until Oct’23..been using this number for last 15 years & was made inactive on Feb’23 without any reason/prior notice… your team has still not resolved and making me run to multiple stores with no resolution… Can this be fixed ?

    @ViCustomerCare Vi network services has stopped working properly for the rest of the past week. I have registered multiple complaints through the Vi app and through their email too and yet the network and internet services never improves. Vi slowly becoming worst telecom service

    @ViCustomerCare dear Vodafone team, now I think time to switch towards another service provider. my sim recharge due on 12th April. today sudden my balance becomes zero and validity 1/1/1970 Lol..now what's to do in case. most of time network issue also. call drop on every call
