@VodafoneIN I am using u r network since past 10 years at that time I recharged with life long validity pack but now a days u r disconnected my incoming call service for non recharge is it fare for a customer staying long in same network I loose some important information on the day

@ViCustomerCare I requested a SIM upgrade yesterday and I was given a replacement SIM saying that it will work after 4 hours. Neither it is working nor I can contact anyone to help! On Sunday, Vi stores are closed, can you see how embarassing this is?? can anyone ESCALATE?????

there is not even a slight improvement, its just becoming worst. Due to covid every thing is dependent on internet, the studies are hampred because of the poor service provider like @vodafoneIN_Fdtn, @ViCustomerCare who just accept the payment but forget to render the service.
