@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

Am very loyal Vi Customer since years, I am using family plans and don’t want to port out Vinnumbers to other network, my recent experience at Vi store was very weird, staff was too rude, there is no reply to my 8 emails sent @ViCustomerCare pls look into the matter🙏🏼
