@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare What a bad network coverage in my area. Data speed is also very slow. Not only me, everyone is with Vi sim facing network problem everyday. Whenever I have complaint to customer care they had only written the complaint not solved yet. Bad services of Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Thank you team. I have received the sim. Much appreciated . @airtelindia please learn from vodafon regards customer service and commitment. With lies, false commitment you can bring customer on your network but won’t able to retain them.
