@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@VodafoneIN i moved out vodafone and getting harrased for billpayment..I cannot do it online..it says no not vi number..there is no customer care for billing query..called 9822012345 ..they told its prepaid n call 9823098230..again they told its prepaid..going on for last 5 days

@VodafoneIN Vodafone has the worst customer service. I went to voda store for postpaid to prepaid. They kept calling me 25-30 times to convince me to use postpaid. Even after I told them I want prepaid only.
