    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare shame on you. You are harassing a 75+ year old customer. She deactivated her account in Oct, 20. You reactivated it in Feb 21 without her knowledge & charging. Your customer care & mini store employees misbehaved & refused to cooperate. What’s next?Consumer court
