But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

Within just one month, the number was permanently deactivated. This wasn’t just any number it belonged to my late father, and I had kept it active as a cherished memory. Your executives are literally scammers who unnecessarily force postpaid connections on customers. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate investigation into how a 16-year-old number could be permanently deactivated so quickly?? And help me to get it back asap.
