    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

    @ViCustomerCare I recieve around 4-5 spam customer care calls from Vodafone in a day. To say the least it's irritating and disturbing kindly help me to get rid of these calls or I'll be forced to port my connection with Vodafone

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare What is a good mobile service provider to subscribe to? So far international roaming plans from Vodafone have been ok, yes coverage is a problem. What is the next best option JIO or Airtel?

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I am your regular customer... But now I am leaving vi because.. When your Recharge pack ends you fully stop your internet services immediately. Customer's are not even able to get internet speed to do recharge again.

    Warning Disable all VAS on your vi sims. its a sacam they run. got 2 sim form my kids and now got a bill of 2800 for games on a nokia phones i never authorised and VI is not bothred VI does not inform you keep it enabled by defualt @ViCustomerCare

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare This is not only with Vi but with all network providers, they won't leave their old post paid customer go away from them. They will certainly now come up with a personal post paid plain sepcially made for you so that you stick to the brand.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic and unreliable internet service in Arambol, Goa. Shows range bars but connectivity is erratic and slow speeds. Occasionally network completely drops. Regret recharging with 50GB data (₹301) @ViCustomerCare is way better & reliable here

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, please put this only applies to North India. South India we don't know Hindi and we can't participate. Of course you are always neglecting South India without any service.
