    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    Update: More than 24hrs have passed and still no sign of network. A disappointing consumer service as you’d expect from @ViCustomerCare . First thing on reaching India is to port to @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare stop lotting the customer. U guys are charging me late fee every month from last 3 months. And when i talk to your team they say that they have reversed it but u never do so. I can take u to consumer court for cheating me..

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @jagograhakjago Its just befooling the customer, Plan validity, promo balance; Main balance all available, but for judt an auto verification text, the custome is forced to recharge a full fledge plan of VI. What a hellish strategy of VodaIdea. 1/2
