  @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

  @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

  @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

  @n_bangre @ViCustomerCare May be u r under tower. I don't have any network without prior notice they disabled sim. I am not getting any otp for transactions. This is creating lost in faith with VI network, why I did not change my network yet.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare, I got my SIM ported to Vi through a roadside vendor 2 days ago. The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible.   @ViCustomerCare Yes, it was resolved, but my service remained suspended for 26 hours; the VI team is responsible for this. Airtel had already provided clearance by 8 o'clock, yet the service was kept off, causing inconvenience to the customer—this is not right.

  After 3 months of poor network, I finally recharged my Vi SIM. I avoided it because of the negative feedback, but I'm glad I tried it. Airtel and Jio didn't work well in my area. Now I'm getting 30 to 35 Mbps in Kolkata. Thank you, @ViCustomerCare! 💛

  @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Because of this lack of billing transparency, I have decided to port my existing Vi number to Airtel and switch to Airtel Prepaid. I hope Airtel can provide me with transparent pricing, reliable service, and affordable prepaid plans without unexpected charges.
