@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

Thnks to @ViCustomerCare 4 keeping the faith. I can use internet without issues if I'm outdoor. In case of @Airtel_Presence, there is nothing in both locations. Plz don't go for Airtel. Requesting @ViCustomerCare to look issues and I'll recommend my villagers for VI only. #Vi

@ViCustomerCare Really bad service during Pandemic, Old parents living alone, lost SIM card has not home delivery service even if said we will pay additional. No wonder you are loosing customers
