    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @ViCustomerCare Horrible network provider, who basically activates callertunes without my consent and request and ask me to pay charges for that. i have requested almost more than 10+ time to deactivate callertunes , its gets deactivated and the next day again you activate

    @ViCustomerCare It was discussed and your SM manager was more than helpful. But the calls from customer care arent stopping, it feels like targetted harassment and Ill be forced to raise a complaint to consumer forums if this continues
