    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

    @ViCustomerCare Your coverage map does not show 5g signal in Vasai, kindly clarify which part of Vasai has 5g available. Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite being in touch with your team for last 2 dys, there is still no clear coordination and cant keep me waiting for in bw vague calls with no final solution.     @ViCustomerCare THE MOST USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER CARE. MY DAD HAS PASSED AWAY AND TO REACTIVATE HIS NUMBER WHICH WAS LOST AMD LATER RECOVERED ITS BEEN TAKING FOREVER. NO ONE HAS BEEN OF ANY HELP. EOTHER UR APPEALTE EMAIL NOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    @ViCustomerCare poor services being g provided. Not sending the network settings. Failed to compare with other network providers. Browsing can not be done facing inconvenience while opening ans site. Let the VI think and make the network speed better in future

    There has been no electricity in Moti Rafudad (361170), Lalpur, Jamnagar district since 8 AM today. Due to this, the VI tower is down and the DG (generator) is also not working, resulting in no network at all. Kindly take immediate action.@ViCustomerCare #VI #NetworkIssue
