    @VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @ViCustomerCare I took vodafone sim so Trustfully for network and all at 1st it was good but nowdays it is worsten i cant attend class cant play games...it suddenly goes to e+ or sometimes no signal this totally makes me feel bad for vi....hope u do something for me plz @ViCustomerCare Thank u.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey VI, Your plans are excellent but the only problem with you is that i don't get 4g internet inside my house, I've to keep my phone at window and surf ...that i don't like😡 , If you can make any improvements in making my experience better then do let me know.

    @ViCustomerCare @DevbVishwakarm1 I am having 300Kbps speed, that is in bits not bytes. And i tried calling their customer care multiple times regarding that and they keep telling me to call after 4 hours and the internet is slow because of maintenance and its been 4-5 days still the shitties speed. Don't Buy VI.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I would like to inform you that I am unable to use any app like Paytm, Grofers, VI itself etc. when my network is on 4G. It was happening from last 3-4 days. I have another device in which I tried to use app but it's too not working with Vodafone 4G. (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Incoming and out going call bared on my number, trying to recharge since last 2 month, recharge was successfully done, but get refund within 7 days. I have trying to get support from customer care, they are not able to provide support on this.
