But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

Within just one month, the number was permanently deactivated. This wasn’t just any number it belonged to my late father, and I had kept it active as a cherished memory. Your executives are literally scammers who unnecessarily force postpaid connections on customers. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate investigation into how a 16-year-old number could be permanently deactivated so quickly?? And help me to get it back asap.

App doesn't work if net is down, no way to contact with customer support agent. Kindly take necessary steps for this. No help option via call support only robot speaks.
