    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged a prepaid number and as usual it didn’t processed.For that matter i tried to get in touch with the customer care but with no surprise they are just passing the ball here and there.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey people it's been 24hrs stll no response, don't sent generic response like this is waht maximum service we can provide. When you can't provide better signal for the device which is there with in 1.5KM , how come you people saying #VodafoneIdea is the fastest network
