    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @ViCustomerCare extremely unethical service.i got a SIM card in Pune showing u my mumbai address,now since mumbai is a different circle than pune,u cant physically verify my address and thus u have blocked my phone.i m travelling with an infant and stuck with no service. 1/3

    @RajaRoy495 @ViCustomerCare Thy r asking to DM to sleep on it not to solve the issues!! really crap, no doubt why this company is sinking , debt ridden & subscribers r switching to other service providers. may be Vi is recruiting only pathetic unprofessionals so ppl will move to other networks

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup The worst case scenario is that your network subscriber has not been able to access any internet for four days. Repeatedly when I complained I was given a date of 13/06/2022 - it was said that your problem will be fixed by 2 pm -
