@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare Stop looting and harassing customer. Callertune service was activated yesterday without me requesting it and debited 99rs while am on International roaming. This is 4th/5th time that you are doing this activation of some stupid service without requesting it @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Cyclone is gone one wk back still no internet in Virar region. So close to Mumbai yet so far. Network just keeps on fluctuating but no Internet at all. What's the point of effin payin you 825 postpaid amount every mnth? Complete waste of money for 4 straight mnths.

@ViCustomerCare he started arguing about the balance, i told i already recharged for 3000rs He still argued with me on getting money from me So if a customer comes, you won't provide any service without charging him?? Is that how you serve customers (4/1)

@ViCustomerCare And the customer person in the show room was very rude, he asked me to pay 100 rs sim replacement 6:00 PM When i told if its a faulty sim i can't pay for that and for sim replacement in TN is 50 rs only (3/1)

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Vodafone is the worst network that i have seen. Your 4G speed is very slow even worst than 2G. I have complaint too many times at your help&Support, but not get any solution yet. I also tweet regarding this but still nothing happen.

@ViCustomerCare no network since morning! This keeps happening but does not affect so much as long as the wifi network is there. But with no hotspot to fall back on in case of power outage it is very frustrating! Plus your agent’s responses are amusing!!!
