Whenever I call home to speak with her, the voice breaks up, making it impossible to have a conversation. I do not require a 5G network; .

Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.

VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.
