    Oh no why I have recharged to @VodafoneIN its a worst network ever and what is the use of merging with @Idea.. Even both of you couldn't provide the better network and Internet speed and in the Gulbarga city I am getting 2g in 4g era wah... Time to Switch to better network

    @ViCustomerCare Its been 15Yrs I’m user of VI and experience lot in 1Year, thanks for it #customer care just tells I don’t have athority, its activated Sir it’ll reflect in Ur app in 24 hours but nothing works, its been month thy have not activated and I got huge bill this month

    @VodafoneIN Though we tweeted 3days back regarding your unjust deduction from our account stating the false reason of service activation ;you responded in a halow way ,that won't work .The only response we want from you is reimbursing of the deducted amount right away.

    @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare This is really disappointing. Every time there’s a power cut in my area, your network goes down too — and it’s been happening daily for the past week. Complaints haven’t helped at all. Looks like porting to another network is the only option left.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I was using your sim since 2007 and recently make it postpaid but due to the silly fellow of vi store he registered it on my wife's name. Later I put it in safe custody but you have shut the service on it . Is this the way you treat your loyal customers?

    @ViCustomerCare Your own update says “unable to resolve fully” yet you closed the complaint. Your team even said no further improvement is possible. Then why mislead customers with fake updates? See attached proof. #CustomerServiceFail 2/3

    @ViCustomerCare Can we hurry this up? You guys send 1 text message and discontinue the services. No calls, no emails, no WhatsApp too. Do you really expect people to keep a watch on their SMS at this time? Being a customer since the last 18-19 years has just brought disappointment.

    @ViCustomerCare is this is how you treat your customers. Your customer care numbers are not accessible from outside India. No reverts on email. Then what’s the purpose of giving international roaming offers.. just to make money???
