    @VodafoneIN Though we tweeted 3days back regarding your unjust deduction from our account stating the false reason of service activation ;you responded in a halow way ,that won't work .The only response we want from you is reimbursing of the deducted amount right away.

    @ViCustomerCare Its been 15Yrs I’m user of VI and experience lot in 1Year, thanks for it #customer care just tells I don’t have athority, its activated Sir it’ll reflect in Ur app in 24 hours but nothing works, its been month thy have not activated and I got huge bill this month

    @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

    Oh no why I have recharged to @VodafoneIN its a worst network ever and what is the use of merging with @Idea.. Even both of you couldn't provide the better network and Internet speed and in the Gulbarga city I am getting 2g in 4g era wah... Time to Switch to better network

    @growwithmoney DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE AND FRAUD BY VODAFONE  @ViCustomerCare Worst service provider Vodafone. Just lies & more lies. Shame on Vi service. Rs. 49 recharge on 11 August, with outgoing, incoming, sms, service validity for 28 days till 7 Sep, but Vodafone blocked incoming on 31 Aug.

    Seems @ViCustomerCare is running a scam. I have attempted Port out because of bad network and call drop and duly submitted documents at @Airtel_Presence. But even after duly clearing my dues, a VI guy called from number - 8692857206 misguided me & fraudently cancelled my port req

    @ViCustomerCare Outgoing not working owing to “system problem”? for over 24 hours? The call center repeats this advice. Are you running a mobile network? Abysmal non-service to a senior citizen who may have emergency needs. Complaint no. 122345207682 of 7 sept 21

    @ViCustomerCare I have placed a port out request from Vi into Airtel but the request is still not validated by Vi. I have been trying to reach Vi customer care but can't get through. Can I know the status of my port out request?

    @BM_Madhusudhan @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare Still Vodafone is sleeping. My problem not attended. Appears VI employees are on Jio payroll too, harassing customers at VI so that we migrate to Joi. On BI customer care number I have lodged complaint, promised to resolve in 4 hour, but 5 hrs now, nothing changed.
