Oh no why I have recharged to @VodafoneIN its a worst network ever and what is the use of merging with @Idea.. Even both of you couldn't provide the better network and Internet speed and in the Gulbarga city I am getting 2g in 4g era wah... Time to Switch to better network

@ViCustomerCare Its been 15Yrs I’m user of VI and experience lot in 1Year, thanks for it #customer care just tells I don’t have athority, its activated Sir it’ll reflect in Ur app in 24 hours but nothing works, its been month thy have not activated and I got huge bill this month

@VodafoneIN Though we tweeted 3days back regarding your unjust deduction from our account stating the false reason of service activation ;you responded in a halow way ,that won't work .The only response we want from you is reimbursing of the deducted amount right away.

@JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

@ViCustomerCare Your representatives call me and tell only one sentence every time near your place we have Problem in network but now it's resolved so now you check every time this sentence use but never accept that yes in your area Problem didn't resolve till.

@ViCustomerCare I applied for an address update in Feb (in store) and those fellows never completed the task. Now after following up with customer care and emailing documents, all i get as an update is you have received the request. It been 10 weeks! How long more i have to wait?

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Is there a procedure to request installation of a tower or signal amplifier for getting connectivity on my sim? My family is moving to the outskirts of Baroda city - and your network doesn't work. Or would it be simpler to just move to @reliancejio?
