    @VodafoneIN Though we tweeted 3days back regarding your unjust deduction from our account stating the false reason of service activation ;you responded in a halow way ,that won't work .The only response we want from you is reimbursing of the deducted amount right away.

    @ViCustomerCare Its been 15Yrs I’m user of VI and experience lot in 1Year, thanks for it #customer care just tells I don’t have athority, its activated Sir it’ll reflect in Ur app in 24 hours but nothing works, its been month thy have not activated and I got huge bill this month

    Oh no why I have recharged to @VodafoneIN its a worst network ever and what is the use of merging with @Idea.. Even both of you couldn't provide the better network and Internet speed and in the Gulbarga city I am getting 2g in 4g era wah... Time to Switch to better network

    @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare After checking the network availability, no revert back received yet. Only person said that connectivity issue is there and I will submit my report to seniors but no reply after that.. About month gone!! This is how your service is!!

    @TelecomTalk @ViCustomerCare But vodafone only cheat customers with new tricks. I have been fighting with vodafone fraud for years. No resolution. Only committments that too different committments from different idiots of vodafone. Really fraud company of India. Waste network

    @ViCustomerCare Even Appellate authority seems to be of no help. SR-DEL-V00347745619 - Unable to do Televerification. Everyday, new executive attends the call, sends standard message and then I am told that the concern has been escalated but no resolution...and the horror tale continues.

    The moment I informed @ViCustomerCare in detail about the spamming of my numbers, the customer care representative Rajesh disconnected the call. This should make a case study on how customer care fails leading to loss of an existing customer. Maybe I will author it myself.

    @ViCustomerCare ur service is pathetic in Parbhani (MH) frequent call drop, extremely slow internet. wn I tried to portout i ws given false commitment frm ur retention team once i canceled port request ur customer care refuse to activate the commited plan. Complaint no. C004-113761551247 @TRAI
