@ViCustomerCare You guys can’t even manage a simple postpaid to prepaid change. The level has been going down for quite sometime but still I chose Vodafone always. Just send me my 5 digit pin to my alternate number. You guys just stopped my old sim and the new sim doesn’t work.

Today again another SMS "Hello! Thank you for choosing to access SONGS, You have been charged Rs. 20 " @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India This is turning out to be prolonged harassment making consumer run every time for his money! I have not sent any SMS to activate SONGS service
