    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI VI service will be never be improved. After 3 years, VI is saying I had an unpaid due of Rs 160, 3.5 yrs ago. Where you are 3 years ago? Earlier VI has confirmed me as there is no due pending. Now after 3.5 yrs, VI started harassing its old customer

    @ViCustomerCare I tried to send normal sms but since so many attempt when nothing happened I called your customer care and that is also very hard to reached. But your executive said if I want send single sms I have to recharged with minimum 128/- WTF. Seriously guys.
