  @DoT_India I have logged a complaint with @ViCustomerCare and it was mentioned that issue will be resolved by 6 a.m. on 19th October. They have closed my case but the issue is not resolved. Entire Kolkata is facing the exact same issue. Could you please check?

  @ViCustomerCare apologised and said they will refund Rs. 5 that was debited, as a goodwill gesture. That never happened. And then I received another message soon after recharging my mobile this month- "caller tune cannot be activated due to lack of balance". Shameless robbery!!!
