    @ViCustomerCare I have been repeatedly raising complaints since the last 2-3 months on the data services for my number 88884518479. The ticket is resolved after a couple of days mentioning that the issue is resolved and customer was not reachable Both the statements are false!!

    @ViCustomerCare Why internet speed is slowest and almost unusable most of the time on Saturday and Sunday??? Is the the weekend rollover speed, in which I can't even stream videos in 360p without buffer. Pathetic service. Please fix this. Internet speed is decreasing regularly

    Haven’t received any resolution yet. Karishma from @ViCustomerCare called up but as i started asking about reason for late response & changing of executive each time, she deliberately started saying that she is unable to here n disconnected call. @DoT_India pls help us

    @ViCustomerCare when I complained you 10 days back .. atleast people could call me although we can't converse but since d day I raised my complaint nobody can even reach out to me so instead of fixing my issue you actually degraded more ... This is how pathetic u r at work

    @ViCustomerCare so u want everytime customer raises an issue u should ask for extention in resolving the issue and s/he should keep paying you for the pack s/he assumes is assuming but reality is other way round Is there any person in @ViCustomerCare who can talk on reality basis
