    @ViCustomerCare says “24 hour SIM delivery” but even after 24+ hours my SIM is still not delivered. They only keep changing the delivery timeline again and again.Customer care not responding properly either.Stop showing fake 24-hour delivery ads if you cannot provide the service.

    @ViCustomerCare Don’t post here without some resolutions I know you to show here your responding but only answering we are trying to solve the this till then be on our network and pay for it even if we don’t use it

    @ViCustomerCare What's the update on this?? Customer service is absolutely pethatic. Neelam advisor, I would love top officials listen the call center quality of work. Poor, 3rd class. Let know otherwise I will port all my numbers.
