    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI 5 days and still no network. International roaming is a joke! I've never had an issue with Vi but this is frustrating when you're in a foreign land and can't go to the store to sort your issue out.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I thought this was a problem with only my SIM but my wife's Vi SIM isn't working too. Please sort this out at the earliest. I've done everything your operator has asked for but no one mentions what's the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm recharge my own vi no.through vi application there are shown recharge plans are 239, 1.5 gb and unlimited but you guys give only 1 gb data and unlimited calling kindly resolve my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Disgusting service from VI, cancelled my port request promising to convert existing no to Prepaid. But now refusing saying they have not done any promise like this. Fake company please don't go for VI .
