    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    @ViCustomerCare Poor network in my area. Main road signal is fine, but inside my street (gali indoor) signal is very weak or no signal. Calls and SMS not working Facing same issue on multiple Vi numbers, so unable to recharge Please fix urgently

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia took my 70yr old uncle , jst discharged from hospital, to a store for lost SIM reactivation after 20yr of usage. KYC redone. Biometrics done. New SIM issued. “2 hours” they said. It’s still dead. system doesn’t reflect KYC. What is this service?

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India VI’s own roaming SMS alerts showed max 600MB usage, but the final bill reflects 2GB and excess charges. I was told a waiver would be given, then calls went unanswered, stores refused help, and the issue remains unresolved. Please act urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare Please arrange for an engineer visit to my location at the earliest. This is my request, and I will wait only 10 days for resolution. Kindly take necessary action, or I will be forced to port my number to Jio @JioCare .
