@ViCustomerCare Kindly educate your suppoort staff to read emails send out in English and not wait to speak to a customer to atleast understand the issue. I've given up on your support - its still the same when I conversed before in store and now via email.

@ViCustomerCare What a rubbish helpline experience with Vi on 198. Option to talk with customer care representative changes everytime(press 5 to talk then press 6 to talk etc). Such a ridiculous and pathetic experience with Vi.

@ViCustomerCare You don't give up. i did so after 5 months of poor service n after paying 2 months bill despite no usage. A customer deserves action not words. Care or lose, your wish. Already ported now.

@ViCustomerCare your network service is very poor in kom KEIRAP, NHPC LOKTAK POWER STATION,CCPUR, MANIPUR. any time ur network distrub in areas. so please maintain your service. We are doing call any network. it is call Cutts everytime. Pls maintain this problem
