    Trying to port out from @ViCustomerCare since there is no proper signal. I've an active base plan (it was done today, only for sending porting request) and balance amount. But to send sms, they require a plan which is recharged above Rs.128!! #MNP #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I am done dealing with vi customer care executives and managers and then senior managers.. Despite acknowledging that there is a problem, they didn't do anything... I hope @trai will help me out now
