@ViCustomerCare and now I hav been sent an email adress to send proves on. I work in an IT company where we have to submit our phones and I don't have time to go back and forth with you guys. Worst company ever. They publish the offers but never give them to you.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Mugisuddin, thank you the assurance. You guys have been in touch but problem persists. Commitment should reflect in actions, not in words. Namesake assurances and misleading likes are not sustainable. Hope you understand!

@ViCustomerCare I have a active unlimited pack of 409 valid till 02/03/2023 but binge 12-6 unlimited data didn't work today and I lost my addl 12 gb pack and also my 3.5 gb didn't credit yet!!! Very worst services in recent days

@ViCustomerCare I am getting any VAS activated without my consent and I can't call your service as I am not in the country right now? your online assistance is of no use because it doesn't respond to deactivate these vas that somehow Vodafone activates itself. Kindly look into it
