    @ViCustomerCare @googlemaps if you are new to Mumbai and planning to use G Maps to find your way in the city then please do not use maps on VI their network sucks. instead of hearing directions you will hear GPS loss. Also webpages on chrome do not open.

    @ViCustomerCare I am still on my old complaint. The one and half month continuous problem that I am facing has not been resolved. But, received the message that issue has been resolved. What's this. I am fed up with such care of customer.

    @ViCustomerCare I am tired with this service. And now I want to Port my number, but they told you need to do 129 rs recharge of send only one port SMS, There is no other way to port a number, totally wast of money.

    @ViCustomerCare I raised atleast 3 complaints on the same with customer care. Amnt has been debited from my account and txn details clearly shows amt credited to vodafone idea. then why blame and harass the customer with call debarring and no. Blocking. Seems truly unprofessional and unethical.
