@ViCustomerCare I've made the worst mistake of life that I've ported my Jio to Vi. Now VOLTE is not working in my city (Patna, Bihar). In 2022 there is no VOLTE here and they are competing with other companies. Worst experience ever.

Cont. I’ve paid the bill in advance and the internet service is still dwn even though I’m on unlimited international pack here in Dubai. I’ve all the screenshots available with me. I activated the unlimited pack day b4 ystrdy and then too the net was not working. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Three months ago i buy Vi postpaid and with some problem I requested to company to deactivate my sim after requesting many times they said to me that sim is deactivated and i have to pay ₹123 and I agree. And again they call me and tell to pay ₹1000 approx.
