    @ViCustomerCare May I know if any of @ViVodaidea customer misses to pay its bill then how many times u wud send payment pending reminders? Multiple times thru various mode -phone, emails, texts, WhatsApp! U guys don’t leave a penny but if a customer is requesting for solution u guys easily 4get.

    @ViCustomerCare 1.)Since 25 days my 4g has stopped working. i called customer care and they say there is some technical issue from backend and have raised a complain 5/6 times but each time the complaint gets closed without resolution.have visited the Vodafone store also 3 times

    @ViCustomerCare My husband phone i did recharge from google pay plan for 84 days talktime &sms free we hardly sent sms. 379 plan was it as I paide got confirmation but problem is we don't recive sms on time i dont get OTP, nor sms on time why?

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I suppose Vi Mumbai needs to stop fooling the customers and pretending to resolve customer complaints. Requesting TRAI to intervene into the said issue for a immediate resolution since my Postpaid us deactivated since 04 Dec 2021 without my consent.

    @ViCustomerCare Yeah sure - you will send a private message and ask for phone numbers facing issues and then get vanished. Such simple jobs @ViCustomerCare has for its employees. Let the customer bear the pain and struggle to speak on phone and let them suffer losses coz of silly network issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Frauduster call from spoof no +91 1800 258 4455, same as Bank of Baroda Contact Centre & Bank told no outgoing available from this. as per TRAI Service Provider should show accurate no. and control spoofing. Why TRAI rules not followed & we r allowed to cheated

    @ViCustomerCare from the said team. No Resolution provided yet for the complaint (reference number C004-125855475987 and MUM-V00746680137 dated 14th December 2021) & my phone is yet not activated in POSTPAID (9819800449). Firstly the Vi Customer Care took 10 days to register
