    So #Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare won't allow customers to call on any 10 Digit Helpline Numbers including Phone Banking, if they are on Unlimited Calls and Data Pack/plan. However there are no issues with @airtelindia and @_reliancejio That's why Vodafone is losing in India

    @ViCustomerCare As i was told that the issue will be resolved. I have yet not been told as i was like let me know what is my final due as i had no service. What is the compensation and resolution else let me pay the undue amount (which you all are charging without any reason) and let me port out

    @ViCustomerCare I’m highly disappointed with the way you are dealing with issue. I had raised 2 complaints. Your engineer visited my home and confirmed there is a problem in my area and assured for resolution in 48 hrs. I feel it’s time to port my number.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you Mr. Kumar for informing me that my concern has been discussed but please keep in mind that it is not resolved and can never be resolved unless it's given to me in writing that I won't face any issue further during roaming.

    @ViCustomerCare We have taken a Toll Free Number 1800 12 12345 ( Not Working) , DLT Services ( Not Working), Five VIP Postpaid Numbers (Some Issues). Invoices not provided. Our startup not started due to Vodafone India. No one listening in VI. Baki Sab Theek Hai

    @ViCustomerCare So they tell you to DM them the details and ghost you afterwards. Still waiting for the resolution as the people at customer care are retards and don't know anything about how a network connection works. I have an unlimited data plan and it's getting exhausted.
