    @ViCustomerCare you have failed to address customer concern, you have assured that you deal with it,you are charging same line rental for compromise services, now i have no option but to take legal advise to claim the compensation for many important call drop and disconnection.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you but I suggest your team takes some action by calling them & asking them to do their KYC as they are posing to be vodafone customer care, and get their number blocked due to fraud scam ( please refer to the screen shot & take the number for your reference)

    @ViCustomerCare I recently switched my vodafone number 9999404534 from postpaid to prepaid. I have visited the VI Store of greater noida store 2 times already. Now the 1st recharge is not done by the store due to which I am unable to use any service. kindly resolve issue ASAP.
