@ViCustomerCare When??? I was once a vi postpaid customer and had issues which were never resolved for more than 4 months hence I ported out to Jio Nov 2020. Now I have a new vi prepaid number(was planing to use it for a couple of months) hope to see a timely resolution this time at-least!

@ViCustomerCare So you mean to say that from 5th till 19 sept, I am not legible to use my services. Not only that, I can't use any banking service and forget about my business loss completely. Also, the trauma of beimg hospitalized and not being able to use my own debit/credit card as no OTP!!!
